One specific scenario where Antavo proved to be well-suited was the activation of a challenge where customers earned bonus loyalty points if they used a specific gift card for a purchase on the website. On the other hand, a scenario where Antavo fell short was during an export of the entire customer database (2.5 million users), aggregated by levels (4 levels) with details of points that had expired over the course of the year. The extraction process for these data, even after months, was never completed.

If your business is huge on Instagram and you have a big following and post daily, You will get detailed insight into the traffic. I don't think that Cool Tabs is perfect, but it automatically will give you feedback on KPI for your social media pages. If you want deeper details, you may have to upgrade.

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.

Although both of them are great at their own levels, I like Cools Tabs more because it is very easy to use and very simple. I use it all the time to check up on the standard of my work and it has never let me down. Also their support team is very cooperative.
