It is easy to pick up and has out of the box solutions available to us from the beginning. The integration has been easy and constant customer support has been glorious.

We switched from a traditional points based approach to an innovative gamification loyalty experience to increase engagement with existing customers and grow our customer base .

  • The onboarding process could have been a bit better with some delays and some integrations taking longer than expected

Antavo is not helping me solve a specific problem in my organization, but it is helping us achieve our set goals. In particular, it allows us to keep users engaged through various customer engagement activities (challenges, surveys, games) and reward them with different types of rewards, both commercial and experiential.

  • Antavo is a platform easy to use, accessible even for those with limited technical expertise or little experience.
  • Antavo offers seamless integration with other systems.
  • Antavo has the possibility to create and manage different types of rewards and challenges to engage users.
  • Antavo has the possibility to work across two separate environments - test and production - providing a safe space for experimentation and development without impacting the live system.

Cons

  • Antavo has some limitations in terms of customization in certain areas.
  • The data extraction process - both from dashboards and the dedicated module - is not always efficient and straightforward to apply.
  • The quality of service from the service desk could be improved, particularly in terms of response times and the level of support provided.
