    Cornerstone OnDemand has much more capability compared to Destiny One. It allowed us to expand our LMS capabilities. Percipio and LinkedIn Learning provide a good base of online trainings but CSOD is still more robust.

    Cornerstone is simply more flexible, powerful and easier to use and manage than previous Learning Management systems that we have managed. I would say this carry's over to the implementation process as well. Far easier with Cornerstone.
