Crelate vs. Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter

Crelate Talent is well suited for applicant management. It is a product that we will not stop using, since we cannot go back to the past and carry out the selection processes of new personnel manually, with Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter it is an automatic process that generates results in a short time.

I only give it a 6 because there are small things that could use fixing. While it does get what we want done, there are things such as not letting us upload the pdf format... or getting really slow at times when it is trying to save. It's little things like that could be fixed, but overall the experience is pretty positive and it helps us get what we want done and efficiently.

Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.

My two favorite systems are Crelate and Recruitee.

• From my experience, Crelate is the best full-service database because it allows you to track Business Development and candidate activity

For awhile we were thinking of using iCIMS, but in the end we continued using Cyber Recruiter (we had already been using it for a time). Yet in the end we chose Cyber because of it is very simple and easy to use. While it may not look very pretty or exciting, it gets the job done, makes the hiring process flow easily, and that is what we really care about.

• Can more easily organize our candidates and we have a lot of info at our fingertips - this translates to quicker processes which is positive
• We keep all our notes on Crelate - very useful for the whole team to see
• We have multiple team members scheduling so it really helps to see all the emails that have gone out, to ensure there's no overlap

• Being able to build very detailed forms that allow us to know specific data of job applicants is one of the most important points of this tool because, with these forms, we can obtain better results in the shortest possible time.
