Likelihood to Recommend	It has been a great experience so far and I think that the Dacima Survey will do a great job in businesses that are related to pharmacy, research institutes, hospitals, and even universities. The services being provided are highly top notch which I really like but they need to further improve their customer service. Pros	I have been using Dacima Survey frequently in my organization and it has been a great find for me as well as for my organization as we can handle all these questionnaires very easily. Dacima Survey is composed on FDA 21 CRF and has all these trials and audits which makes the credentials and authenticity of it on another level. Cons	As a user, I expect their customer service to be as good as their software but unfortunately their customer service has a lacking element that requires further improvement because their representatives sometimes are quite unprofessional which leads to a negative image of Dacima Survey.
