Dacima Survey also offers great and high-end features at a very affordable rate so that it can be used by all types of businesses.
Moreover, as a user, I am really fond of the great credentials and authenticity which is achieved due to the Dacima Survey being composed on FDA 21 CRF.
I personally believe their system is great for all types of studies but the most beneficial results will be generated in longitudinal studies.

As a user, I expect their customer service to be as good as their software but unfortunately their customer service has a lacking element that requires further improvement because their representatives sometimes are quite unprofessional which leads to a negative image of Dacima Survey.
Moreover, I am having great services.

Studies have become so much easier to follow with the Dacima Survey. Moreover, the alert procedure in Dacima Survey is also great and very user-friendly.
It has been a while for me to use Dacima Survey and I have to say that it has been used very frequently in my business organization as I feel that my business can handle and cater to all the questionnaires very professionally.
It has provided us with a solution that is customized to the needs of our business.

I have been using Dacima Survey frequently in my organization and it has been a great find for me as well as for my organization as we can handle all these questionnaires very easily.
Dacima Survey is composed on FDA 21 CRF and has all these trials and audits which makes the credentials and authenticity of it on another level.
It offers excellent and smart features [for] less money.

There is a problem I am facing while using the platform is their customer service. They are very slow when it comes to responding to queries.
The representative that they allotted me to have chat with was unprofessional. He did not even know about his own platform. He managed to exit the chat without providing any reasonable solution to the problem. That makes the situation worse as there is no such availability of support to actually listen to the problem carefully.

It is best for the business to more rely on customer experience and pools to make changes in their strategy accordingly.
It is also very much [based] on marketing and customer satisfaction which gives all the details and feedback of people signed up on the platform.
