Ridder IQ is a system for production facilities. It is a good tool. However, there are not enough possibilities for CRM, finance, and MRP planning. At our company, we use Ridder as the main ERP package, and we do need further functionality in CRM and visibility in MRP planning.

it seems to be able to handle multiple locations well. It has a good vpn connection. It makes working at home easy. The problem is it is still run on a dos system. They are removing it slowly, but not all aspects of DDMSPLUS are easy. In my experience, it is hard to get any types of reporting out of that system. For us, AP and payroll are impossible.

The best in the complete production process. It provides the correct info in a very usable way. It is pretty good in sales, but the lack of discounts for sales goods and sales production is not ideal. On the other hand, ECI provides an excellent service for looking for custom solutions where we need them. Dutch Translation: De beste in het complete productieproces. Het biedt de juiste informatie op een zeer bruikbare manier. Het is redelijk goed in de verkoop, maar het gebrek aan kortingen op verkoopartikelen en verkoopproductie is niet ideaal. Aan de andere kant biedt ECI een uitstekende service bij het zoeken naar maatwerkoplossingen waar we die nodig hebben.   • When setting up new accounts that have multiple departments and placing contracts under the account, you should only have to do the master account, and the contracts follow through.
  • When setting up contacts under accounts for emails, you have to do each department,, and you have to close out and save before going to the following department, like you can do with adding credit cards.

  • The ability to copy item lines from receipts to a BOM
  • Adding photos to comment blocks in quotes makes the system slow. The photos are added in full size instead of asking for a small version.

Its nice software but it is very, very slow in webification and integration possibilities by using api's. Untill now the programm has client-server technology unfortunately. And there are far too less no code adjustments possible.

It is a system that can be easily taught. I can hire inside persons and get them up and running really quick. Sales people can go to their customers and get information quickly and easily. It is easy to add inventory to the database and the warehouse learned the system quickly

Ridder iQ is friendly to use. With the use of roles we can give a very good user experience to our employees; they are more in control of their tasks. Since we use Ridder iQ, the right information is available for everybody in our organization, all on demand. Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is gebruiksvriendelijk. Door rollen te gebruiken, kunnen we onze medewerkers een zeer goede gebruikerservaring bieden; ze hebben meer controle over hun taken. Sinds we Ridder iQ gebruiken, is de juiste informatie voor iedereen binnen onze organisatie beschikbaar, direct beschikbaar.

Furthermore, the customizability of Ridder stands out compared to solutions like ISAH. Therefore, the choice was an easy one, because knowledge and customizability are important criteria. Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is gespecialiseerd in onze branche en heeft mensen met veel kennis in huis. Ridder iQ is daarom veel geschikter dan een ERP-oplossing, die niet gespecialiseerd is in de maakindustrie. Bovendien onderscheidt Ridder iQ zich qua aanpasbaarheid ten opzichte van oplossingen zoals ISAH. De keuze was dan ook snel gemaakt, want kennis en aanpasbaarheid zijn belangrijke criteria.

  • Implement the business rules and forces them to be applied
  • SDK is used 90% for managing all order inputs and product BOM
  • The software tends to come to an halt for changes for on premise which is required of you have software/machines communicating to/from the ERP
  • Implementeer de bedrijfsregels en zorg ervoor dat ze worden toegepast
  • SDK wordt voor 90% gebruikt voor het beheren van alle orderinputs en product-BOM
  • De software loopt vaak vast bij wijzigingen voor on-premises, wat vereist dat u software/machines hebt die met het ERP communiceren
