Workday Workforce Management is a workforce operations software that integrates HR, time, and scheduling data, to eliminate disjointed processes that halt day-to-day operations. Consistent with a worker-first approach, Workday provides mobile-first access to personalized pay, time, and schedules, giving workers frictionless on-the-go access. This helps overcome difficulties in retaining workers and keeps them engaged in a competitive labor…
Deel was the best solution for our company size. It offered robust options for our diverse and unique work needs and was reliable and still affordable. We didn’t need all the suite of HE bells and whistles, and thus, it offered additional features without being too much for our …
We moved from Globalization Partners (GP) to Deel because we needed an Employer of Record solution with a much more scalable pricing and service model. GP's platform is clunky - we often can't get the right access to what we need, employees have trouble finding what they need …
I didn't review too many other platforms, but Deel stood out completely as it's globally compliant, automates contracts, and provides up to date withdrawal methods such as Coinbase.
Deel has been a game changer. It offers a simple and intuitive platform for signing compliant contracts, tracking hours, and receiving timely payments across borders. Compared to other software (Rippling) - Deel is better suited for independent contractors like me because it's …
Workday Payroll and Workforce Management in my opinion does as great job of letting staff know beforehand what they are going to get paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I found that Gusto does not provide that insight. It would be nice though to have a feature in those …
It’s great for any organization with 30 people or more and is good if you have unique cases, such as full-time and contract employees or if you have employees in other countries. It would be less ideal for early start-up companies or mom-and-pop shops with a couple of employees.
Workday is well suited as am employee because it allows me to easily access pay and goal-setting information at a large org. It also made the process of getting hired and initially onboarded simple. I imagine it could be less helpful at a smaller organization where people have more direct access to folks in payroll
We have been using this software for the last two years in the company of the a.m. Right now, I am part of the admin team for this software, so just being able to have a 1:1 usage of the software has helped me to realize how many aspects any other saw HR tool are lacking.
Workday Payroll and Workforce Management hasn't given me any issues. I love that you can customize your profile with icons, the color scheme, and etc. It makes it feel more personable. In addition, you can customize which icons that you use frequently to complete tasks. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a platform that has high usability and versatility.
We moved from Globalization Partners (GP) to Deel because we needed an Employer of Record solution with a much more scalable pricing and service model. GP's platform is clunky - we often can't get the right access to what we need, employees have trouble finding what they need and it results in having to submit a support ticket. Deel is much more intuitive - it puts everything at employees' fingertips and makes things much more self-service. Permission profiles are easy to set up and manage, and we're able to access all of the data we need when we need it
Workday Payroll and Workforce Management in my opinion does as great job of letting staff know beforehand what they are going to get paid on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I found that Gusto does not provide that insight. It would be nice though to have a feature in those platforms where you could do a "what if" feature to determine how much you could make if you were single, married, or made a higher salary or lower. This is a feature that I have used in webBASIS, and it was extremely helpful.
