Likelihood to Recommend	Diamond Mind is made specifically for independent schools to use for a myriad of payment collecting situations. It is perfectly suited for our small independent school as we are able to easily roll this out for all parents. Because it is used campus-wide for many things, like adding money to a student account, paying for trips, and more, our parents and families are used to using this program to make payments to the school. TargetX works great for multiple departments, but will need to be somewhat modified to make sure each department has the data security they need. TargetX know enrollment, and does a good job putting together the pieces needed. Due to the way it is customized on Salesforce, it is very hard to use some 3rd party Salesforce AppExchange tools as they expect the data to be in a different model. Return on Investment	We can easily collect money without losing checks in office drawers (this has happened). Everyone gets a receipt of payment. Customer support is worth the cost of using the program.
