eFax Corporate creates PDFs that negate the use of the previously used technology, as well as having an easier user face that helps assist in creating a faster training plan. The price point is beneficial for this reason as more time can be applied to new hires learning other …

On the other tools we checked, the API support wasn't sufficient enough for our needs.
Chose eFax Corporate
eFax is for serious business professionals and it comes with so many tools, including a free App and a desktop app, which makes it extremely easy for you and your employees to send and receive faxes. You can take a photo of a document and fax it over to someone in another state …

None. We were recommended to use eFax and did not test any other product.
Chose eFax Corporate
We have used eFax since I began working for the company over 9 years ago and have found no reason to change. The price is good for the amount it is needed. We often go a month or two without using it but need to have it just in case.
Chose eFax Corporate
Admittedly, the only other service I have used to electronically fax is Genesys Cloud, which has a faxing feature. The two aren't really comparable, since eFax solely focuses on faxing, while faxing is just a side feature of Genesys. While eFax isn't as clean or easy to use, it …

We have never used any other product. Our research led us to eFax. Wouldn't change the service. Great experience with the company. All employees are familiar with service and love its capability.

For the daily faxing needs, eFax gets the job done. We get notified when the fax has been received or sent successfully, but it takes so long at times. I'm not sure if it's eFax's encryption system that is delaying the Rx/Tx time, but it needs to be improved immediately.

Cons
  • The user interface could use some work, as it's a little dated looking, and it's not so simple to receive faxes, at times.
  • Administrator functions. If the user's account is locked for any reason, the administrator cannot unlock their account. It causes a lot of inconveniences.
  • Unable to see the bill. For whatever reason, eFax does not allow viewing the bill from the online portal.

Support Rating
eFax support is great. They are quick to assist you with any issue regarding eFax. I haven't had to wait long on support services or answers. During an outage seems to be when the queue times get long but on a normal day, they are quick to answer and fast on a solution.
