It helps in designing people-centric programs and people engagement. It helps your employees to cut through the clutter and have meaningful conversations. It has a user-friendly interface that helps and encourages employee participation. It helps build a Learning and Development program for all.

This is the first job where I have used a website like Harri to hire new staff and get their details added to our HR system. Everything has always been completed by hand. As mentioned, this is a lot more time consuming and increases the chances of errors being made. I think Harri is an awesome tool.
