Chose Entelo
Entelo is similar to SeekOut in general, but I prefer Entelo as I find I have more success finding the candidates I am looking for. It has everything I need and then some, and that is what I like about it. I also love the Chrome extension and its ease of use.
I have used Linkedin Talent/Recruiter for years but one significant advantage that Entelo has is the fact that you can obtain candidate personal contact info and tracking of any emails you sent. I felt when I was recruiting for engineers, any Inmails I would send would not be …
Not as comprehensive as Linkedin Talent but does provide more insight into candidates experience and skills. However this is something we find out about candidates through our software so not critical for entelo to provide this to us.
I have used Scavado and it is helpful, but, Entelo is much more targeted and lets me keep track of what I'm doing and who I'm sending e-mails. I wish it would tell me if I've looked at a profile before and there are some candidates that seem to be uncontactable through Entelo, …
We've also used Mixmax and ZenSourcer, which are better for automatic follow-ups, but Entelo's product is improving quickly and we're sticking with it for now.
Hiretual and Entelo have very similar sourcing capabilities. They pull from the same data sources and are able to find personal and professional contact information. Hiretual is superior for sourcing Facebook and Entelo has the email product(Hiretual doesn't have one) to be …
No other platform I have used has the quality and usability of Entelo. Each has one specific feature that doesn't interact well with others. This has many helpful features in a single, trackable resource.
I still keep using some of these, but PCR is my main place for profiles, since I can find someone on Linkedin, enrich it with another tool and keep it all in one place, PCR Recruiter. Its versatility when it comes to adding information and documents, organizing and visualizing …
[From my experience it is] lagging in UI, recruiters have to "work for the software" rather than the "software doing things for the recruiter". Data mining is a good one for positions and candidates.
PCRecruiter is very effective in the placement of employees and has been able to achieve our vision. My experience with a similar platform was not as effective as with PCRecruiter since the speed of loading web pages is reliable. The cost of deploying PCRecruiter is relatively …
I used a number of ATS in my career, but most do not stand out. I was part of the initial roll-out of PCR in the late '90s. I have used it for at least 15 years at various companies. I have not used a different system for about 6 or 7 years.
I think for ease of use, it's better for smaller companies. Other ATSs are more flashy but can have too many features. This is an ATS that you can scale up or down. The configuration is easier to use for a single admin user. Also, can have as many candidates as possible.
PCRecruiter always seems to be ahead of the game, innovative and talks with the customers on how to improve the logic and workflow and adapting it to the entire recruiting, hiring and placement process. They have vastly improved the billing and tracking funcitionality.
PCRecruiter blows both of these products away in ease of use, building both the front and back end, visual appearance for the user and the applicants, and features such as presentation of candidates and parsing resumes. It's just so much easier to use and keep candidates at top …
PCRecruiter is better software than Adapt, however, to track and use job postings Ziprecruiter wins that one. Ziprecruiter is much easier to use and easier to search with. PCRecruiter's searching capabilities fall short compared to other systems.
I evaluated Zoho and Bullhorn along with PC Recruiter. I loved the PC Capture feature and PC Recruiter's outstanding communication by all the departments I talked to. Zoho's technical support was not based in the USA (at that time, unsure if anything has changed), and I …
I think ZipRecruiter is a much better option when trying to find employees. I believe in the grand scheme of things, it has made better updates to its appearance and is more helpful in finding positions that best suit both the employee and the employer. Often, I find that I get …
We used a software called CAPs before this that was antiquated in comparison. It didn't offer the same capabilities that PCR has and it saved locally on the premises so it could not easily be used from anywhere in the world. It didn't have a web scraping tool that was as …
PCRecruiter is head and shoulder above most of the ATS I've used over the years. Bullhorn and Peoplesoft's ATS don't even compare in my opinion. CBIZ is the system I used years ago. I liked that one as well from a basic functionality standpoint, but I don't think they offered …
When choosing PCRecruiter we looked at several different companies. We scheduled demos with Bullhorn-Avionte-Temp Works and PCRecruiter. After watching the demos and doing some research we felt that PCRecruiter was the best option for our company. We have been using PCRecruiter …
I used Zoho recruit for about a year. Since it was free, you get what you pay for. PCRecruiter has the best support that I've found. Documentation was far superior.
I was with Bullhorn for 20 years and saw the cost increase three-fold, while functionality was degraded over time. They ended their email inbox function this last May, sending a notice to a wrong email address, leaving me with only a week to find a different provider. I found …
As mentioned above we did an exhausted search and choose PCR. We took a chance as PCR was new to the market but we were very comfortable with the staff as they understood our business and needs. They continue to do so and have growth with the market. We are raving fans of PCR. …
I have used PCRecruiter for over 10 years now. The product takes some time to learn, but once you invest the time to learn its functions, it provides an amazing solution for the recruiting function. I have used this product in three different companies and implemented it with …
I first evaluated PCRecruiter (PCR) against several competing products in mid 2008 and found it to be the most versatile for our purpose. However, I can't remember the names of the other products due to passage of time. The only program of its type that delivered everything we …
Great for reaching out to passive candidates and standing out instead of using LI. Candidates are used to receiving the same messages in the same format and by using this tool we have the chance to mix it up and try and stand out from our competition. Entelo has been an awesome addition to my toolbox
For presenting candidates to clients, PCRecruiter has had rave reviews from clients. It's easy to look through a candidate's profile and provide feedback. Like I said earlier, if it could retain real-time information on a candidate, it would be more effective, not having me have to resend a candidate to a client every time there is something new added to a candidate profile. It would be great to have templates for candidate letters so we wouldn't have to write our own. It would be nice if the parsing feature was more effective in pulling over all the information - as often I have to add in information or make adjustments on parsing.
Email Tracking. You are able to track your open rates, click-thru rates, and reply rates of your email campaigns. This allows you to a/b test different subject lines and bodies of emails to see what really works.
Find personal email addresses. Of all the tools that I use Entelo has the highest success rate of finding personal email addresses of candidates. I would say they hit on about 70-80% of the candidates I want to contact and that number increases for tech talent.
Entelo pulls from many different data sources across the web to create an Entelo profile of the candidate. You are able to source all these different sources from one platform.
You can filter out candidates that are already on one of your Lists (think Projects on LInkedIn Recruiter), previously contacted, previously viewed, founders, and recruiters which is great so you aren't running through the same candidates over and over again. They also have many of the other normal filters likes company, education, company size, etc.
They recently launched a new product, Envoy. Entelo Envoy uses artificial intelligence and deep learning to automatically find, nurture and deliver interested job candidates directly to the email inboxes of recruiters.
All client and candidate activities are tracked and documented in one place. This makes it very easy for our team to work collaboratively. For example all email correspondence is written to client or candidate record, sales calls, follow-up, etc. are all contained in one place.
We like the ability to customize fields and the work flow. We have created specific data field that are relevant to some of the niche markets we work. This has allowed us to quickly slice and dice our data for marketing and recruiting campaigns.
The Bulk email feature is very easy to use and we incorporate it into most of our marketing and recruiting campaigns and since it is fully integrated we see all of the activity associated with the client or candidate.
The RSS feed of jobs has allowed us to easily integrate with social media. when a position is posted into PCR it is automatically fed to multiple social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and twitter.
We use the calendar and Rollup list function to organize all of our recruiting and marketing campaigns. Rollups simplify the planning part of our business.
The metrics reporting is great. We are in a metrics driven business and with PCR we have automated most of the reporting such as interviews/hires, attempts/presentations, presentations/ interviews, etc.
I am very hesitant to renew my subscription to PCRecruiter because it feels outdated. Competing applicant tracking systems are making huge strides in compatibility and mobile accessibility while PCRecruiter has remained stagnant in its progression. The system is functional, and serves as an excellent database, but severely lacks in advancement opportunities
As the past VP of Recruiting for a boutique search firm. I trained many recruiters on the PCR system. All were using the system like a pro in a week to 10 days tops. PCR does everything a recruiting team will need without being overly complicated to learn or navigate.
I have had little to no downtime with PC Recruiter (except for planned maintenance). Whether I am using it on my laptop or the mobile versions (iPad and Android based phone), I am able to get to my information quickly and easily
I gave it this rating because I find that even though they are great support, they don't help to improve the situation because often it is out of their hands. It is that the website is down or some other issue that they can not readily fix. While helpful, I think some changes need to be made for this software to work better.
I have used LinkedIn Talent/Recruiter for years but one significant advantage that Entelo has is the fact that you can obtain candidate personal contact info and tracking of any emails you sent. I felt when I was recruiting for engineers, any Inmails I would send would not be read by the candidate, since many recruiters tend to bombard technical candidates with multiple inmails. With Entelo, you feel like your email isn't lost in a crowd since there is a tracking mechanism and the notification of when a candidate opens an email is great! I selected Entelo because of the ease of use, the functionality of tracking emails and contact info. I have sourced many candidates using the platform and I'm very happy! I will continue using Entelo in my recruiting efforts. I highly recommend to any recruiting department that relies heavily in sourcing candidates.
I still keep using some of these, but PCR is my main place for profiles, since I can find someone on Linkedin, enrich it with another tool and keep it all in one place, PCR Recruiter. Its versatility when it comes to adding information and documents, organizing and visualizing content is incomparable.
Time savings: PCRecruiter saves our company countless hours of time by allowing us to search company & candidate info from our desktop.
Cost savings: PCRecruiter saves our recruiters time by allowing them to search for qualified candidates by keywords. This has eliminated the need to search through resumes and applications to find candidates. This has also made our recruiters more productive. PCR allows us to work smarter not harder.
PCRecruiter pays for its self by giving your company an advantage over your competitors. Your team will be filling open job orders while your competition is looking through file cabinets.
