As I mentioned earlier, I'm an individual user of Everstage and did not get to work with or evaluate any similar tools to Everstage except using Google sheets to track my numbers.
I have not personally used another tool like Everstage. This is the second company I have been a part of that I have been able to track my variable compensation with Everstage and as a user it does what I would hope it does. I would not choose to move off of it.

Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue.
