FileWall
Chose FileWall
FileWall can be used in addition to all listed solutions as well as stand-alone attachment protection solution.
FileWall has great price for SMBs and easy to implement and configure.
If you are looking for a great attachment protection solution - FileWall will be your best …
Chose FileWall
We have evaluated the Office 365 Threat Protection in order to use the safe attachments. This solution is more expensive and we cannot just buy the attachment security. ATP is also more complex to use and if there are admins who are not familiar or do not have experience with …
Chose FileWall
My subscription for Microsoft Exchange is very basic. My subscription doesn't include very reliable email security. If I wanted added security, I need to pay more. With FileWall, I can have a very reliable, very user-friendly email security. It is very cheap and really does the …
Chose FileWall
FileWall's main feature that makes a difference from other similar products on the market is that they do not deny receiving suspicious attachments. FileWall will inspect attachment and try to remove suspicious or malicious part of the attachment, and the healthy part will …
RMail
Chose RMail
None of them integrated well with Gmail, and they required a password sent in a separate email or logon to an outside "portal," or they were overpriced. It was unclear how well Google Workspace complied with the HIPAA Privacy Rule. I think it did just fine, but the perception …
Chose RMail
RMail is really useful when wanting to send important encrypted information, and have control of what happens on the other end. It also comes with a complete set of features that help in any other way you can imagine. I've been through other products, and nothing compares to it.
Chose RMail
RMail offers the possibility to encrypt, track, esign, large secure file share, protect from human error, and more. I don´t know any other product that offers this amazing combination of features, and I´m happy to work with them.
Chose RMail
We found in RMail a full-featured set of secure, agile, and compliant communications, at a very accessible price!
Chose RMail
RMail has an add-on module for e-signing documents, but Adobe Sign's is just easier to use. However, if I need to combine sending an e-mail that has to be tracked along with an e-signed document, then RMail clearly wins out over using Adobe Sign. The latter is designed to …
Chose RMail
We used SendInc before RMail, and it was horrible. Recipients always had lots of problems with SendInc.

FileWall is well suited for legal departments because they are receiving a lot of attachments daily and it is very difficult to work in complete safety. We have some more experienced users that are not used to paying attention to attachments, and FileWall is very useful in these situations to prevent hacker attacks.

RMail is perfect if you are looking for HIPAA complaint way to send patient information securely. The tracking of each message is required by HIPAA, and it is also supplied by RMail. Also, you can submit an email for electronic signature, which saves a ton of time waiting for snail-mail. Our clients tend to love RMail, because they're usually changing from something else that ends up generating a lot of calls from people who can't open their emails - RMail solves this by utilizing the TLS technology

I don't think RPost has any competition, at least none that I can use. I think that once registered email becomes widely accepted (someday soon?), it will be indispensable for anyone in business, and RPost is the leading vendor (maybe the only vendor).

Support is easy to access via email or phone. They also reach out to you periodically with new features, but they aren't intrusive about it. I usually appreciate it when I get an email from RMail, which is not very often.

  • I feel my email is safe.
  • Automatically detects if the email is safe or if can cause harm.
  • Very good investment for SMB.

  • There's not much ROI, because we don't get it much cheaper than the list price.
  • However, being able to offer this service strengthens our service offerings.
