Fordata offers three packages: Lite, Basic, and PRO. Each package differs based on the selected features and the amount of data. Additionally, Fordata can tailor a plan individually, and offers a personalized quote where needed. The Fordata VDR Lite (a self-service product) online via the Fordata store for EUR 275 per month (1 month, 1 GB of data, 15 users) or at 20% discount with an annual plan. Fordata accepts standard bank transfers, quick payments via Przelewy24, and credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard). Payments are accepted in PLN, USD and EUR.

The tracking of each message is required by HIPAA, and it is also supplied by RMail. Also, you can submit an email for electronic signature, which saves a ton of time waiting for snail-mail. Likelihood to Renew	No answers on this topic	I don't think RPost has any competition, at least none that I can use. I think that once registered email becomes widely accepted (someday soon?), it will be indispensable for anyone in business, and RPost is the leading vendor (maybe the only vendor). Alternatives Considered	No answers on this topic	RMail has an add-on module for e-signing documents, but Adobe Sign's is just easier to use. However, if I need to combine sending an e-mail that has to be tracked along with an e-signed document, then RMail clearly wins out over using Adobe Sign.
