Likelihood to Recommend	Fusion Web Clinic has been such an upgrade from what we were on. Onboarding was easy and Fusion Web Clinic is a great platform for anyone in therapy to transfer over to. It's easy to learn and operate. The pricing is competitive and actually saved us money. We were previously on another very popular PT EMR, but the additional charges to add in billing and payment management was too much. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization.
