Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We swapped to Fusion Web Clinic to help bring all aspects of our business into place, from scheduling and treatment to posting payments to billing patients. Previously, we used several therapy only programs and billing was done in Medisoft. What a change! We found an increase in patient payments and insurance payments. Our efficiency has sky rocketed and we are able to better see what's going on. We use Fusion Web Clinic for outpatient PT, OT, and ST for both children and adults. We made the swap in 2019 and have been pleased since then. The reporting options have helped us analyze practices and improve our business.

- Scheduling - the ability to search for openings, color coding, and all around schedule customization
- Billing - electronic claims billing is a breeze, entering new payers and being able to bill takes no time at all
Cons
- Allow a progress note to be written without a plan of care attached to it
- Improvements on internal messaging - pop up notification, allow organization options such as folders or tagging, allow attachments
