Chose Go1
The cooperation with Go1 covers content and platform, integrating with our existing platform; thus, it is more comprehensive in coverage. The consultant helped with integration, and thus the user experience is more seamless; our learner does not need to fiddle with the …
Chose Go1
Go1's content is updated regularly by the providers themselves and caters for many different learning styles. They are able to scale quickly by bringing in new partners, such as the recent addition of Coursera.
Chose Go1
Go1 has the biggest volume of content in the most varied formats. This allows us to tailor content for accessibility and neurodiversity purposes, skillsets, job roles and interests. We chose Go1 because they don't use pushy corporate sales and use a much softer sales pitch, as …
Chose Go1
I have used and tested all of the above in a past life and as part of the review. All of them have really strong products but for Wave, Go1 provided a different approach. The company matches our values, and the content is relevant and of good quality (not saying that the …
Chose Go1
We evaluated several vendors, some of whom solely held their own material and others that provided a variety. Go1 appeared to be the best choice for us because of their wide selection of material and competent manner that tailored according to our specific needs
Chose Go1
Much better value and greater flexibility as a LMS and content provider
Chose Go1
We looked at a number of providers, some who only hosted their own content, some who hosted a range. Go1 seemed to us to be the right fit due to their range of content and professional approach that catered to our individual considerations
Chose Go1

I really enjoyed Khan Academy it helped me out when I most needed it. I was able to understand my classes and pass the courses without a problem. I always felt great and knowledgeable after watching their videos. I would totally recommend their services to anyone looking for …
Chose Khan Academy
I personally found Khan Academy much better suited for adult learning of difficult or larger topics. Not so much for smaller changes that can be communicated via email. But it was more engaging and I found the information easier to digest. Change management can be tough but …
Chose Khan Academy
Khan Academy focuses on fundamental science and math, while the other websites publish courses on specific topics in computer science. When in high school, Khan Academy is a lot more useful, since that is the time to firm up the basics, before taking on advanced classes and …
Chose Khan Academy
Khan academy is free, that’s a big plus. Also, it is way less fragmented than Coursera for example. There are a lot of diverse topics I can select from and even if it’s not related to my job, I sometimes look at the history section. One missing feature compared to other …

The number one reason to choose Khan Academy over other options is price. If you are looking for a special skill or a quick answer YouTube is a great resource. Khan Academy is better suited for those who want to have a pseudo-classroom experience while still learning a subject …
Chose Khan Academy
Khan is better to take shorter learning modules. Coursera is a considerable investment as it is whole college courses. Khan is great to learn certain concepts and refresh learnings or trouble shoot problems. Khan is better for high school students to use to reinforce and …

Chose Khan Academy
This is nothing similar to Khan Academy that I know of. It's a complete K-12 education, completely for free. It's not only free but high quality and fun, so much so that I have spent quite a lot of my spare time working through different courses for refreshers or that are of …

Go1 is a great solution for SMEs looking to implement their first LMS. The cost per person is reasonable and the content available is vast. The Account Managers do a great job at working with the business to ensure a smooth launch, with loads of additional content to drive usage (email templates, schedules, etc).

For larger projects, product changes, legislation updates, Khan Academy makes it easy to transfer information in an easy-to-digest manner. The software works really well with adult learning as it keeps users engaged in quick bite-sized lessons. It's more appropriate for larger changes and bigger implementations. It's less appropriate for smaller projects, or minor changes/updates, where quick training sessions would suffice.

Pros
  • The huge library and variety of courses that can be accessed from multiple different providers in one place.
  • Our account manager from Go1 is always on hand to answer any questions we have or help with any tasks we have.
  • It is also very easy to pull reports from and monitor learning across the board.
  • I also love that I can pull the .skorm file for learning content from the site to reupload onto our internal site for compliance training.

Cons
  • The integration from Go1 to SF can be improved with more attention to detail that can make a big impact in the operational cost of running the integration. Many information and configuration in the target system that should be available to pre-filling or can be pre-configured to allow better automated integration that is time efficient.
  • The reporting can be improved and further automated; this include in an integrated scenario.

  • On my iPad, to change the language of Khan, I need to change the language of my iPad in the settings
  • It can be a bit messy and the category are a bit too generic, not enough per level category
  • Sometimes the quizz are too simple, it would be nice to have an extra difficult one as a bonus

I've only had to seek support one time. There was a glitch in one of my lessons and I submitted an email. The glitch was fixed by support within a few days, but I would've liked for it to be faster. However, I don't have a big complaint there because it is a free service.

Go1 has the biggest volume of content in the most varied formats. This allows us to tailor content for accessibility and neurodiversity purposes, skillsets, job roles and interests. We chose Go1 because they don't use pushy corporate sales and use a much softer sales pitch, as the product speaks for itself. This friendly tone of marketing was a major factor in choosing them over pushier, less personal brands

The number one reason to choose Khan Academy over other options is price. If you are looking for a special skill or a quick answer YouTube is a great resource. Khan Academy is better suited for those who want to have a pseudo-classroom experience while still learning a subject or skill. I have used Lynda and Udemy; there is little difference between Khan Academy and those two options.

Return on Investment
  • Allowed us to reach over 2000 employees remotely and overcome access to training barriers.
