Google Fit is recommended for those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and engage in regular physical activity. It promotes exercise and maintains you energized for effective work hours.

I think it is a great product for groups with 150+ employees.

Some of the benefits of Google fit for your organization: Quickly shows you how many steps you have taken each day, tracks your heart rate every 10 minutes, throughout the day gives you an accurate picture of where you have been on a map, for the whole day gives you accurate step counts, distances and calorific content at the click of a button, very easy integration with other apps like Samsung Health. Google fit is great because it does all this for free.

This is the first software we have used for this and so far, we are really happy with it. The output options are vast and the capability to change the color themes is the perfect touch. It really adds to our presentations as a whole since the color scheme matches throughout.
