Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use Zywave Analytics Cloud - Decision Master Warehouse with our United Healthcare Key Account Groups (100+). There is so much information available once the case has been processed. Our customers love the in-depth look at their company's claims as well as the recommendations for getting any areas of concern under control.

Pros

  • Provides a great overview analysis of the findings
  • The recommendations for helping to get claims issues under control are tailored and very informational
  • The Ad Hoc customization capabilities are great

Cons

  • Please provide a section on requirements by a carrier including any forms that will need to be signed by the employer to begin processing
  • We would like the carrier request process to be more streamlined.

  • We have only been able to use it with one group so the ROI isn't great. We do make up for that with the other products though.
