No-obligation month-to-month account are available, or a long-term contract is available for better deals on service pricing and hardware. GoToConnect provides all features with unlimited use. Customer & Technical support is available 24/7 to resolve any issue. A dedicated onboarding team will help to the phone system set up for any plan.
GoTo Connect was more complete and affordable than Zoom for what we needed. Much more affordable than teams, some features were sacrificed, but the overall experience is better in my opinion.
As I mentioned, the system has given us the freedom to make changes without depending on the provider. It has also given us options we couldn't imagine being possible in a telephone system. The previous system was too controlled by the provider and didn't show us any reports …
Mounds above any of the compitition. They not only beat them on price but again the customer service part in even winning the bid for us was amazing. They truley went far above any other vendor.
Honestly, we still need to use LogMeIn Rescue because of differences in use cases, and GoTo Meetings leaves a lot to be desired if you are trying to demonstrate how to use different features of Windows or Apple products.
GoTo Connect's pricing is VERY competitive, and, in my opinion, their customer service is MUCH better than Zoom's. Easy to understand their tech support agents' English, and most of their support folks are VERY well trained. You don't typically have to go into "Tier2" or …
Avaya IP office was for us a complicated and inflexible on-prem solution. It could be made to do a great many things similar to GoTo, however it was not flexible and scalable in the same way as GoTo, which is to be expected of a cloud solution. In particular, as we aimed to …
I think Resolve is easy to navigate and features are constantly being added. It is also very affordable. Easy setup and installation on endpoints with the ability to look at the system without remoting in to pull information. You can easily see where there a security gaps and …
I gave RingCentral a chance and nearly switched, but, in my opinion, their platform was terrible and their customer service worse. I understood how they were able to offer such a cheap price. They also claimed they could switch us over seamlessly, but I doubt it highly.
The faxes all come to an app that we can download and print the faxes. We have been using RingCentral before we switched to GoTo. We still have RingCentral because it is easy to download and see faxes in their app. I do find having faxes emailed is easy, but not everyone has …
We went with GoTo Connect because Mitel was removing its offering of on -premises PBX and forcing users to switch to their cloud offerings. This did not sit well with us which had us looking for alternatives. We met with many vendors and GoTo was the one that made the best …
User friendly PBX interface. The above products have a more complex and less intuitive interface design. Pricing is also a big factor, as other products can cost more compared with what GoTo offers. In addition, the access to customer support and the quality of support …
We looked at several leading phone systems, ultimately choosing GoTo Connect for functionality we thought met our needs. We ultimately thought the reception console was the best one we saw and the admin screens seemed easy to navigate. In addition, their pricing was so …
I’d recommend GoTo Connect, if you’re looking for a reliable, all-in-one communication tool. It’s user-friendly, comes with great support, and works well for teams of all sizes.
GoTo Connect serves the needs of medium-sized organizations like ours better than MS Teams. Its User Interface and call connectivity feel better than that of MS Teams. GoTo Connect was a better fit for our specific business needs, offering the right combination of telephony …
GoTo Connect came from an old system called Jive. The online PBX is one of the best I have used due to is ease of setup and configuration. GoTo Connect is a setup above the rest in this aspect.
I just discovered the GoTo Connect here in my current company, I have been using other platform before, but this app is just right for me and in my remote set up job. Since then, I never used other platform since it has features that I really like, such as recordings, …
I like them much better. I think Zoom caused us a lot of issues for people with time and people couldn't be their own manager. We just had a lot of problems with Zoom. That's what we primarily used before this. So it has caused us a lot of problems in the past. So WebEx is way …
We are using Webex Meetings from last few years. Webex emphasizes data security and offers a stable connection, which is crucial for enterprise communications. Webex offers a suite of tools including screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, real-time captions, and …
Webex Meetings is a complete suite that comes with all the gadgets. The smooth integration in meeting room is essential for the complete experience. The connection with calendar booking, auto meeting start time, and other cool features gives the feeling it actually know what …
Webex Meetings has a better interop solution than Zoom or Microsoft. Furthermore, Cisco is the only vendor who has a complete collaboration solution including the platform, endpoints and softclients.
Webex is really good with video and audio quality. However, like mentioned before, I haven't seen an option to pin the participant window. Also, there is no focus on content option that is available in Microsoft Teams. Third, the floating video panel blocks the content when …
We originally used Skype for Business / Lync and evaluated Webex Meetings and Webex Meetings offered much improved functionality for screen sharing and phone and video conferencing. Eventually we dropped Webex Meetings for Teams because Teams had better integration with M365 …
Webex Meetings has become the standard
for Business solutions. All others are lower in their solution offering.
Cisco is improving Webex Meetings day by day. It is the best solution for video,
The ability to transfer multimedia files directly into the platform and a very robust free plan helped me make the decision to try out Webex Meetings. Easy to set up in a company environment and accessible once the learning curve and sign up process are complete. In-platform …
Webex Meetings comes with good quality and easier to manage from the user experience point of view. It's easy for our team to learn and start using quickly without much training so it makes an easy to use application. The features including recordings, screenshare, AI makes it …
Webex meetings is a license advanced meeting app that is buit into the WebEx app .It is the new unified application including meetings ,messagings and calling It is designed to simplify the number of users .focuses solely on conducting meetings ,including joining hosting and …
Webex Meetings offers robust security features like end-to-end encryption and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR etc. Webex Meetings also provides advanced integrations with Cisco hardware. Webex Meetings is often preferred for large meetings or …
Some of our best practices vs Zoom and Skype include the use of AI and the ability to set clear goals for meetings. Easy navigating Webex features like screen sharing, polling, and Q&A. Testing of camera, microphone, and internet connections and making sure they are working. …
Over the years following the COVID-19 pandemic, we have sustained a constant remote/hybrid presence using the Webex platform. We've learnt new remote ways to comply with safeguarding pupils at home, allowing staff to obtain a more excellent work/life balance and improve our …
I think compared to some it's better compared to others, it's worse. It's very in the middle, so it's probably not the best of its class, but also not the worst.
Fairly good as the Webex solution integrates and leverages off them to be able to plan and share content during the Webex Meetings. By using email to setup the meetings, it provides the ability to a user to join a meeting directly from the email invitation. During a meeting, …
It's better, according to me, because first of all, it has better audio and video quality, and I think it's more secure than Zoom as it's a security services company, so they know what they are doing.
I would give it a 10 out of 10 rating just because of the service and easiness it has offered us, which made our work effortless and stress-free. I do recall an instance where one of our clients' medical conditions suddenly deteriorated while he was traveling overseas. The doctors there could not understand his situation at that time. He asked them to connect with our team, and our team guided them with his medical records, and his life was saved
The first reason is the ease of use and availability, which makes WebEx work for all. The quality of audio and video is adorable. As a business development associate, I must make an impression on the other side, and WebEx helps me make first impressions. A few features are complex for new users but can be resolved.
We have a global and diverse team with different devices and operating systems. Webex works smoothly on all of them and everyone can collaborate in real-time saving a lot of time and effort, making meetings much more productive.
We can easily capture discussion points and decisions for future reference, without the need for manual note-taking. It helps us in smaller group discussions and brainstorming sessions within the main meeting itself.
I can even tailor the layout to suit the meeting's purpose and agenda. Webex is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for non-technical users, joining and scheduling meetings is a smooth process.
Making a dedicated button for "mute all" (other than yourself) for when someone "walks off before they mute"/has to quickly leave their computer....and FORGOT to Mute. Particularly when dogs are barking when someone working from home has a visitor at the door
I'd like to see some of the functionality from GoTo Webinar enabled for GoTo Connect: see who's "actively watching" vs has their computer screen on another application
They are knocking it out of the park on all fronts. I love the service and support I am receiving and have no complaints. If they raised their prices substantially I would reconsider but I don't think that will happen anytime soon. They would have to mess up something consistently moving forward to make me want to move
Webex is going in a direction which is going to make it incompatible with how we use it. They're more interested in developing the gimmicky AI features and leaving behind the core ability to share documents and allow participants to annotate and save annotated shared documents and other features that were what made it the best choice for classrooms.
Overall, it's a decent product for the price. It has the basic features our company needed when it was brand new and was not overly difficult to set up. As we've grown, it's become increasingly difficult to build out the features we want to implement within the PBX, and customer support can be less than helpful. Many of the more advanced features (dial plans, queues, etc.) take a lot of research to understand how to implement. Some of the features we paid for weren't even available when we were attempting to set them up.
Webex Meetings does not provide enough audio feedback for users with visual disabilities to properly navigate the tool. Students, faculty, and staff who are blind or have low vision may not be able to use Webex Meetings. Users with motor disabilities that navigate via keyboard, may not be able to navigate the web conferencing session enough to participate fully.
I have never experienced or heard of unplanned outages when it comes to GoTo Connect. Most of the time the unplanned outage is always local power at a site or internet service provider having an unplanned outage. GoTo's service has never failed any of our orgs yet that I know of.
So personally I have never faced any kind of meeting unavailability issue while scandaling meeting with WebEx the bandwidth is really good and in terms of application performance the same is my opinion what I mentioned for availability it is good and the objective of communication is quite fruitfully achieved with a simple and effective product like WebEx which is often bundled with the purchase of course which is which we have at our company and great discount is being offered so it is easy on our pocket. I really don't have any specific errors which have faced I should mention over here the operation or application uses is quite smooth.
There is no lag in phone calls. There is no background noise or static/fuzz. Calls are crystal clear. With other dialers and phone systems, I have experienced delays between dialogue or delays with the caller picking up the phone and then being able to hear you. We do not experience this with Go To Connect.
We use browsers to join Webex Meetings and it is very good no issue also appears from Webex APP is very organized and does not consume more resources of PC so no issues appeared. We join audio and video in many ways, all of which are good. We integrated it with active Microsoft Exchange with easy deployment.
Support used to be great when it was Jive support out of Utah. Now that they've offshored support it can be difficult to get a response. Our most common issues are least cost routing, and we run into support pushing back in stead of just figuring out which upstream carrier is having an issue like they used to. We often have to get our account manager involved, who is pretty strong.
The support cases can be opened instantly. The support engineers can support you via Telephone, E-Mail, WebEx Meetings, and My favorite WebEx application.24X7 Availability of the engineers. Step-by-step guidance is available by an engineer. https://help.webex.com/ - Great Site for instant FAQ's. https://status.webex.com/ - Is helpful to identify the updated schedule of WebEx or to know the server status of WebEx services.
In-person training offers the benefit of personalized instruction. Users have the chance to ask specific questions and work through any challenges directly with an instructor. This hands-on learning style can be incredibly valuable for those who learn better through interaction. With in-person training, participants can receive instant feedback and troubleshooting assistance for any technical issues they encounter during the session. This makes it easier to resolve issues on the spot rather than waiting for online support.
The training videos could be more in-depth. This would help our user base so that they can feel impowered to look up information that they need without having to ask our admins every time they have a question about the system. Online training videos are also inferior to an actual person explaining systems.
It was very interactive and well explained. The trainor is very much knowledgeable of the product. He was able to answer all of our inquiries in a timely and professional manner. There were lots of exercises done during the duration of the training to ensure that we have a better view on what to expect from the product.
The biggest challenge from implementation was deconstructing the mess that was our old system's config. After doing so, I believe there were primarily some methods that have worked better in the long run to implement up front, such as separating menus into separate dial plans for simpler updates, routing/re-routing.
That we needed complex implementation that we didn't get tells me 2 things: 1) the product was not designed in a way that "just worked" like some of its peers (Zoom / BlueJeans) and 2) had our company defined actual user needs and validated / verified that they had bought something that matched those, we would have pursued features / designs more closely aligned with what the product actually does: screen share, sometimes video, definitely VOIP audio (always an option regardless of license), and easy recording and retrieval of meetings.
I have nothing personal against Broadvoice and found their team pleasant to work with. The greatest difference has been the administrative portals. Where Broadvoice was confusing and I still hadn't really been able to figure it out over a period of years past some basic functions, I still had to call to get support just to provision or update phones. With GoTo, I had a functional understanding within a week and a couple years in, it is smooth sailing and no angst when needing to update or troubleshoot an issue and I have access to everything without a phone call. It is true freedom to meet my company's needs.
The ability to transfer multimedia files directly into the platform and a very robust free plan helped me make the decision to try out Webex Meetings. Easy to set up in a company environment and accessible once the learning curve and sign up process are complete. In-platform web navigating is also a nice feature when onboarding new staff or doing market research.
Its not readily apparent to me, other than cost, where you would run into any issues with larger scale deployments. When we went live on the product, the Jive team was always willing to do mass updates for us on our extensions, users, etc. in the system, so we didn't have to do too much manual one-by-one updates.
I can speak to multiple departments at my organization using Webex Meetings. It has been, and continues to be, our longest online meeting software. It has been deployed across the organization and each department uses it. As I have mentioned, our monthly all-organization Town Halls are hosted on Webex. We have also used it to broadcast a panel-based speaker event.
Our clients and teams like the solution and have been using it for years.
Tiered pricing could improve the cost for SMBs, but the ROI is still great for what we use Webex for.
The install base using the product and its features saves us money in not using other solutions that are not as flexible, saving us money in annual license fees.
From a global meeting and conference perspective, no significant issues cause scheduling and participation problems.
We can grow usage of tool and not break the budget.
Team leadership finds it cost effective, but can be improved.
