It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.

• The staff are fantastic and will do anything to ensure that your experience is nothing but the best.
• Everything is done without paper, ensuring that everything is all in one place. It’s simple and easy to use.
• Also, the app is updated on a regular basis, in which a number of different features are added and removed.

• Zalvis can schedule the interviews of applicants
• It can also send offer letters
• It does also support applicant ratings

• Isn't very clear on how to load your own templates
• The interview calendar could be vastly improved in my opinion, and perhaps tie in with personal calendars on phone/email

• We encounter restrictions in terms of how much they can modify the system to meet their unique needs.
• Customers who want to use third-party tools or systems that are not a part of the Zalvis ecosystem may encounter integration problems.
• Video interview feature is missing.

Any issues I’ve had or questions have been answered very quickly. And the online chat it makes it very simple.

This is the first job where I have used a website like Harri to hire new staff and get their details added to our HR system. Everything has always been completed by hand. As mentioned, this is a lot more time consuming and increases the chances of errors being made. I think Harri is an awesome tool.
