IBM Sterling Order Management vs. PredictAP

I would be interested to know how much is out-of-the-box and how much customization a specific organization's requirement would be

PredictAP is the perfect solution for our instance of yardi. We perform 3rd party management for clients with their own accounting software and unless they integrate with PredictAP it is not a solution.

• A single view of supply and demand across channels to provide improved inventory utilization and more accurate promise dates.
• Coordinated, customized fulfillment execution to support various selling channels and both internal and external supplies.
• One source of order information to provide customers with accurate and timely alerts and updates.

• Reduces our payable process from days to minutes
• readily available historical records and vendor history
• turns our AP process from an administrative function to a review function

• Selling the product as more micro managed modules

• Daily digest of emails submitted by a user. There is currently one for the whole organization, but users just want to see their own broken out.
• When invoices go into Yardi, the "created by" field should be the user's name who submitted, rather than "PredictAP". Would make searching in Yardi easier.

It is a great product in the OMS space

Integration framework provided by Sterling OMS is much more flexible than other OMS solutions.

This isn't really all that similar to PredictAP, as it is not a technology solution (yet). It's just an outsourcing of labor to a cheaper third-party supply. We like PredictAP because it is a technology solution where the AI capabilities grow with us over time.
