Ideagen Quality Control vs. Klue

The software was very useful in assisting with our annual audit for our ISO 9001 audit. The auditor was impressed with our use of the software and how well we use it. It is extremely well suited for our needs. And had been a integral in maintaining all our documentation and changes.

I dont know how useful it is for a bdr. I think it is more suited for an AE postion where you need indepth information instead of quick on the run information to book someone in the phone. I think it is better for case building to have that amount of information

This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand. The mains issues with usability are in small glitches in the programming.

It is a bit overwhelming to have that amount of information in the same place. And sometimes it can be a bit tricky to find the relevant information you need at the time you need it. It is nice to have that level of information but it kind of useless if you dont know where it is.
