JazzHR is an ATS and recruiting software. JazzHR aims to replace antiquated hiring processes like email and spreadsheets with an intuitive applicant tracking system that helps recruiters and hiring managers build a scalable and effective recruiting process.
We use Indeed for the maximum amount of time for job postings since it does its job best. The sourcing of resumes using various filter processes is unique. We can communicate with candidate interns without revealing our originality.
This is the best portal in terms of value for money and ease of use. All the above portals requires more time to get the resume but Indeed.com make the job much easier. This portals is specifically for the niche roles
When compared to the dice portals, Indeed.com is more cost and work effective. Most of the candidate details were not available in the dice where as Indeed.com has the more detail about the candidates and give more insight.

Each one has its positives and negatives. If you are a job seeker the site to use would be Indeed.com because they list a lot of jobs. If you are an employer just use the job posting features instead of the resume search.
I love it because it is a competitive program for management and recruiting. It has allowed us to study CV's, follow up and select people that we feel can fill the vacancy for our positions. It's great.

I only used one other applicant tracking system in the past and it was My Staffing Pro. I didn't like the way this was used at my last company and it was not as customizable as JazzHR, but this was years ago.
JazzHR is still the most simple for the user out of all 3 other products I have used. Lawson is a dinosaur and expensive. ADP has very minimal features and setup is not user friendly or easily customizable. Paycom is simple but lacks a lot of integration with other systems.

Whenever the candidate pool is unqualified, it is easy to add more requirements or questions to knock those candidates out. Since it allows you to tag candidates based on their level of talent or potential utility to the company, it is best used to identify the best prospects in large operations, such as multi-franchise oriented businesses that cover all kinds of sales. It can be used to make periodic assessments of the level of employee growth in certain departments, and based on the results let us know if certain employees would do better working in another type of area, so that the overall work operations are more uniform. JazzHR could excel in departments that use a high level of reporting, as its administrative tools provide high content reports with statistics on the performance of each employee or candidate at different levels.
A lot of the same applicants apply over and over to the same job postings despite being rejected due to being unqualified for the position. This is particularly a problem when doing large-scale hires in one specific location.
Indeed has poor filtering and search capabilities for employers. As an employer on Indeed you deal with huge QUANTITY of applicants - which can be great but when looking for specific skillsets, it can be difficult to find the right applicants in such a large pool. For executive level positions, Indeed is not my preferred job positing site.
Better candidate search capabilities. (For example, I would like to search "Erika P" to show all the people named "Erika" and last name "P" - other companies had advanced search functions, but it wasn't worth 2-5X the cost.)
Calculating Time in each WorkFlow stage. (Jazz has great reporting for how long it takes to Advance a candidate, Interview a candidate, Hire a candidate, or Not hire a candidate. It would be great to add some reporting within each workflow stage.)
It worked well for the majority of our needs and is still in use even though I've left the company. The Resumator was an interim solution until we found a system that integrated with all our other internal systems. However, we ended up staying with it because of ease of use
Indeed does its job best in job postings, Sourcing resumes, and internal communication where our personal details can't be enclosed. Various filters help us source the particular resume.
It's not a 10 due to the eTemplates. If those were less time-consuming to set up and if some common forms were available to select from already set up, then I would give it a 10.
I haven't had to use Customer Service much for Indeed.com but the few times I've had encounters they have been very nice and helpful. They ensure you are getting the most out of your money with the resources Indeed has to offer. You can speak to customer service over the phone or on a quick messenger setting on the website depending on what your style is or how easy you feel your question is.
Each person I've spoken to have been helpful, positive and encouraging. Once you begin using JazzHR, they have intervals in which they reach out to you to see how you're doing or if you have any questions. When you're setting up, they review what you've done and offer praise as well as suggestions on how to make it work better for you. They offer webinars and online training videos to walk you through every process.
A solutions consultant walked me through each step. It was easy. As I progressed in setting things up, their support contacted me to set a time to walk through any possible issues and make suggestions on a better way to set it up. At any time, if I had a question, they were available and there are also training documents and videos available.
