Sophos offers security awareness and phishing training and preparation testing via Sophos Phish Threat, the company's phishing attack simulator.
We did not evaluate other products; we have only used internal employee training and self-published material in the past. This is our pilot experience with using a partner to provide training to our users. We chose Inspired eLearning based on their reputation, pricing and …
We selected Phish Threat because it was an easy to use add-on for our existing Sophos solution. By having it integrated into our existing antivirus, email, and encryption suite it allowed for a single pane of glass management in addition to robust total reporting of what users …
We already use some of the other products in the Sophos Suite, so it was natural to test it and implement it directly in our Sophos Central admin center. So we never checked other products, as we, in general, are happy with Sophos.
We selected Sophos as it integrates with our antivirus solution and we only have one dashboard for both. It just made sense to bundle the sophos phish threat with intercept X and antivirus solutions we have in place, and all of it is on a cloud based interface for easily …
Inspired eLearning is most suited in the Human Resources / Corporate compliance training arena. Workplace Harassment, Code of Conduct and HIPPA offerings are spot offered are professionally produced and work seamlessly in the LMS. Previously, Inspired eLearning offered professional development course work but the reimbursement aspect within Constellation West was cumbersome and we move away from using them as a source for this kind of training. Additionally the coursework seemed to be a bit dated.
If you're looking for a tool to maximize digital productivity without hindering the effectiveness of your workforce, Sophos is a great tool. It quickly & safely manages the threat level across all of our digital channels to reduce the potential engagement with fishy characters or websites that might present vulnerabilities.
Numbering and Naming of modules can be improved. I have often released modules in the wrong order.
Email summary reports could be improved.
The mobile app is wonderful, however, we use SSO to provide the iLMS to our users so they cannot access the mobile app which is only via user name and password. We'd love to be able to offer both the SSO app pathway and the mobile app!
It is easy to use and setup. You can schedule the Phish email test to be sent out in the future or right away. You can also send to all users in your list as well as stagger so all users do not get the email at the same time and tell each other there is a test going on
I have always received really good level of support from the folks at Inspired. Both from a customer service perspective, sales/ account review and a technical issue assistance. Every person I have interfaced with were professional and courteous
Support is solid but not spectacular. While I haven't used support for Phish Threat specifically, this is a general rating for Sophos' support across the board. It could be easier to find the FAQ or other information I need, but when I've needed to reach out to support they've been good to work with.
We did not evaluate other products; we have only used internal employee training and self-published material in the past. This is our pilot experience with using a partner to provide training to our users. We chose Inspired eLearning based on their reputation, pricing and their willingness to work with us to deploy solutions based on our project release time frame
We selected Phish Threat because it was an easy to use add-on for our existing Sophos solution. By having it integrated into our existing antivirus, email, and encryption suite it allowed for a single pane of glass management in addition to robust total reporting of what users and computers we need to be most concerned about.
Our users are increasingly identifying and reporting phishing rather than engaging
Our users are applying situational security in the physical workplace
Our users are reporting events where they do fall victim to a malicious link so we can proactively respond.
We are able to achieve security milestones through improved password policies and 2-factor authentication because our users are aware, informed and ready for policy changes
