Chose Intapp Time
We also looked at the timekeeping software that is a part of our accounting system which is fully integrated into that product. IntApp time provides a better user interface while providing all the integration necessary for our accounting system to capture all the essential …
There are three competitors to Intapp Time that I know of, and have looked at, but it's been years. Those competitors are Element55, Aderant Found Time and Smart Time. Every time I compared any of those products to the current version of Intapp Time then Intapp Time came out on …
Zoho People stand out with its all in one features like Database management with ease of using employee self service, time off management, option to integrate payroll integration. Zoho people allows us to manage employee leaves, attendance and Advance Analytics makes it visibly …
One of the innovative CRM software products on the market is Zoho People. Compared to Salesforce and SugarCRM, Zoho People comes up to their standards. Zoho People is an integrated suite of CRM tools that allows small businesses to work more efficiently. Zoho People is a better …
Harvest is a great way to track time as well as projects and project budgets. Zoho People is more encompassing of the HR side of things, and stores data all in one place which is a step above Harvest. Although Harvest does have the added feature of tracking projects which is …
Zoho People is a unique platform because it is fast and reliable. Moreover, Zoho People distinguishes itself from other tools because of its amazing security features. It does not expose our employees' data to other people. Moreover, Zoho People is easy to customize because its …
We only use Zoho People because it is part of our Zoho One suite. We originally used Zenefits, which was great for hiring/onboarding, and we currently use Employee Navigator to manage benefits and PTO, which is much easier to use than Zoho People. As of now, Zoho People is very …
IntApp time is well-suited for capturing time and automating that capture in some instances. It does not provide a wealth of information regarding the time it captures. For example, auto-detecting client/matter numbers based on past time entries. As mentioned, the timer functions of the product are well thought out, easy to use and popular among our timekeepers.
Zoho People is well suited for organizations where they need a self service HR tool for tasks like attendance, leave management and time tracking. It is perfect for offices where employees like to work independently and benefit from easily accessing and managing their own HR records. But it is less suitable where internet is an issue or GPS is unavailable which makes the process of check-in/check-out frustrating.
It captures activity on your PC -- e.g. reading an e-mail, editing a document. It can be customized to track other activities -- e.g. if you use a particular PDF tool, or use a particular web site for legal research.
It captures phone activity.
It captures calendar appointments.
It is really low maintenance, and seems to have a very light footprint on the client.
The time-tracking feature is really helpful, and it's great that you can use that feature from the app.
We also use Zoho Recruit for applications, so Zoho People was a logical choice for managing HR information for our staff and members, and the two integrate really well together.
Check in and GPS issues - The app sometimes struggles with location detection during check-in which delays logging in
Limited offline access - Zoho People should have had an offline functionality making it difficult for employees to check in or log hours when internet connection is an issue
Clunky user interface - I personally find the interface bit too cluttered which makes navigation difficult
I gave Zoho People this rating due to its overall usability as it provides a strong platform for essential HR tasks like leave management, time tracking and attendance making it a self service platform for employees to easily access and manage records independently and saving time but 3 points less due to its check-in/check-out issues when the GPS or internet is an issue. Also the interface feels cluttered.
There are three competitors to Intapp Time that I know of, and have looked at, but it's been years. Those competitors are Element55, Aderant Found Time and Smart Time. Every time I compared any of those products to the current version of Intapp Time then Intapp Time came out on top. Element 55 seemed have a bit of a clunky interface when I last looked. Aderant Found Time seemed like a limited success at copying Intapp Time; the software itself seemed a little burdensome, both on the client and the back end.
One of the innovative CRM software products on the market is Zoho People. Compared to Salesforce and SugarCRM, Zoho People comes up to their standards. Zoho People is an integrated suite of CRM tools that allows small businesses to work more efficiently. Zoho People is a better platform for managing HR and other human resource management. And it's a cost-effective solution for start-ups.
