It is great when multiple departments and functions are accessing sales data, as the software is fairly comprehensive in retention of sales related data. It is also great for generation of processing stats and simple reports. Calculation of rolling opportunities data is made easy. It is less appropriate for smaller sized companies with many novice users looking for high levels of customization. The software is highly capable, but the company isn't as well established as some others so some custom features can take time to implement.
Zoho One helps me to create and document each of my closures by creating deals. Zoho One helps me to generate reports, which helps me to track my contact. Zoho One helps me on creating tasks and reminds me to get it done on time. Zoho One keeps each steps and actions I took from lead to a deal.

It is a wonderful software with an automated messaging service. It has helped us in having a better knowledge of our customer’s needs, preferences, and habits, and by knowing all these we have improved our business. Security is my basic concern and the fact that it has a disabled human element from the business equation are the things that I don’t really like in it.
ZOHO is very easy to use. All you need to do is follow the steps and features aligned in it. ZOHO doesn't need complex coding or training; anyone can easily access and use it. You may feel a bit of difficulty initially, but show me an easy tool when you are using it for the first time.

With its amazing sales tool, we have developed a strong relationship with our clients, and helped us in creating a good brand image. We really adore the convenience of managing and reporting data. It is quite easy to handle and all our business is depended on it and it helped us in gaining more loyal customers.
Support is great as a customer, as a partner I get moved to that team more often and find issues in the support being provided. It also appears that the support agents do not take into account all the information provided and default back to the "step 1 of the playbook" instead of taking into account the business reason the support is being requested and understanding the steps already taken.
