Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring Learn's UI/UX was way better than those other systems, which was a huge factor for us. We wanted our platform to be self-service so even brand new hires could quickly navigate it and find what they need, and it's definitely been that for us. Many of the other systems we …
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring Learn had the best ratio of volume of features, price and ease of use. They were the clear choice after doing trial periods with all of the other platforms I was comparing. I had demos and trialed 15 platforms prior to making my decision.
Chose iSpring Learn
We are using iSpring with older products designed with external developers, so the content has already been created and we use it to translate/localize content for different markets. For new course design we partner with external developers and use Articulate 360 and other …
Chose iSpring Learn
We do not have an Learning Management System in our organisation as was looking at a more affordable option. iSpring is exactly what we needed to help create engaging content for our employees but where we can upload and track their progress as well. All the additional features …
Chose iSpring Learn
Lattice and Trakstar both had a larger focus on employee reviews and 360 reviews which we did not need. Lattice was also priced higher than we were willing to allocate budget for. Lattice in particular seemed very catered to a large corporate organization and we are a small/mid …
Chose iSpring Learn
I found that, for the price, the tools, and the usability, iSpring Learn had them all beat.

iSpring Learn had a higher level of adaptability; it was visually cleaners, and the users seemed to take to it well.
Chose iSpring Learn
We use Ninjio for a completely different use - cyber awareness training - iSpring is internal training on our processes
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring learn is WAY more simple to navigate and use than the rest of the options.
And the customer service is certainly much better.
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring is a more entry level LMS. It does not have the same level of features and benefits. For example, it does not have the same level of communication capability. It does not have the same level of reporting functionality. It does not have the same ability to build …
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring Learn has everything you need in one place, looks great, and it's very easy to maintain. Interaction with users is organic and has a great flow. Course updates can be easily done with powerful design tools. If combined with the Suite, it's an all-in-one solution where …
Chose iSpring Learn
Having used several LMS iSpring is the best around program.
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring probably had the least functionality of all of them. Ease of use is similar to Skyprep (Tovuti was by far the most complicated), but iSpring did not meet expectations and had constant glitches that could not be fixed by their tech team.
Chose iSpring Learn
Every platform has its own focus and strengths. We were mostly looking at automating and digitalizing our training program from instructor-led training and analytics/dashboards with detailed user performance. Trakstar has more in-depth dashboards and Paradiso is great in …
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring is easy to use comparing to other LMS systems. ALM is more extensive if it comes to features, but it's also more focussed on big companies (+2000 users). Also social learning is better in ALM. eFront is very hard to manage, administrator portal is not very clear like …
Chose iSpring Learn
All of these have their benefits, but none really had a better LMS than iSpring Learn. They throw in off the shelf courses, but if you're needing a good learning management system you are going to make-do with these others.
Chose iSpring Learn
I reviewed a few different LMSs before deciding on iSpring Learn. I can't remember the names, but I chose iSpring Learn primarily because I liked that it was just a PowerPoint add-on, which made it easy to use, and I liked the price!
Chose iSpring Learn
iSpring Learn has a lot of power with a very cost-effective punch. Prices and capabilities can vary widely with LMSs. iSpring Learn can do everything we were looking for but at a reasonable cost. Other LMS software may have more options but we really didn't need most of them.
Chose iSpring Learn
We used Udemy for Business for a couple of years, which was fine for certain courses; however, you paid per license as opposed to iSpring Learn, where you pay a flat fee for 50, 100, 200 licenses. The fact that we can also create our own content for our bespoke service makes a …
Chose iSpring Learn
ISpring was easy to use. Hundreds of video tutorials are available. iSpring was the most cost-effective solution and also met all our requirements of what’s needed in an authoring tool.
Chose iSpring Learn
They are not user friendly, It is free and I think the paid version works much better. In the past I used Moodle, as a teacher I had problems uploading and using it let alone my students. Now iSpring has a mobile app for both Android and iPhone. It has made my job so easy and …

Chose Schoology Learning
I think Schoology Learning is a step up to Google Classroom because it is a much more advanced interface and I think that it is a better tool for the students to use. It does engage students and helps them understand the topic at a deeper level than Google Classroom and the …
Chose Schoology Learning
I did not select this system; my district bosses did and the only reason I can think of is that it was probably cheaper than the other bids. It has been more than four years since I used any other system, but I do remember both EasyGradePro and Illuminate being more …
Chose Schoology Learning
As mentioned before, Schoology has a lot more capabilities than Google Classroom. Granted that Schoology is an actual LMS and Google Classroom is not. Assessments are better; guardian views and information; communication with our Student Information System; Better organization …
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology fit the right price point, was a familiar platform for some of our students because they use it at their other schools, which were two reasons we did not choose [an] infinite campus. Additionally, we used Moodle before, but it was not as robust for the areas that we …
Chose Schoology Learning
I had no choice when it came to selecting the program, but I will say that Schoology Learning, a PowerSchool Unified Classroom presents the content way more clearly than Google Classroom. Schoology Learning, a PowerSchool Unified Classroom takes way fewer clicks to go where you …
Chose Schoology Learning
This is my first time using an LMS.
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology is a blend of most online programs. In areas of assigning work and grading, it does really well. In terms of having an intuitive classroom to navigate, other programs are better.
Chose Schoology Learning
I've worked with several different learning management systems. Schoology has more to offer and allows students to work within the LMS. Other apps and programs can be embedded and opened inside the LMS. Educators can create and use great graphics within folders, pages, …
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology is well supported and is easy to use. It might not have all of the features of a larger LMS like Blackboard or Moodle, but that is also what makes it easier to use. It does not have the "scroll of death" that you would experience with Edmodo. Content is organized …
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology was selected by my district. I like Schoology thus far. However, it is limited because teachers need subscriptions to access and add their classes. I prefer to use Edmodo to connect my students with their global peers to communicate, collaborate, and create.
Chose Schoology Learning
Although there are other good platforms for managing online classrooms, we did not find these as robust and were not as user-friendly in terms of interface, and their ability to connect to other online education platforms. It is also the best available platform for connecting …
Chose Schoology Learning
I have used or experimented with a few different Learning Management Systems while teaching or taking classes. In my opinion, Schoology has been the most user friendly when it comes to creating and submitting assignments. Schoology is the only LMS that I have used in both a …
Chose Schoology Learning
I have used several LMS platforms. The one most closely mirroring Schoology is Canvas Instructure. I believe both to be great and very similar. This is my first year with Schoology, so I do not feel completely qualified to draw firm conclusions at this time, but I have had …
Chose Schoology Learning
I have taught using both Edmodo and Google Classroom. While both were easier than Schoology was to get in the beginning, Schoology is infinitely more powerful than either of them was. I can do so much more, and differentiate so much easier using Schoology than I could with …
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology is so much nicer at being able to organize the course materials however you want. Google Classroom would organize it in date order similar to like a Facebook feed. That made it a nightmare for me as the teacher to direct my students to where certain files were located.
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology is a much more user friendly platform. It provides teachers and students the platform to work together. To name a few, schoology has excellent assessment capabilities. It allows us to provide feedback and timely advice!
Chose Schoology Learning
I prefer Schoology over Google and Microsoft classrooms because it has more functionality than other similar products. Everything is available in one location without need to link to many other sites.
Chose Schoology Learning
I personally liked Edmodo's ease of use and look better, but that is a personal preference. Schoology is a great product that is continuing to improve through user feedback.
Chose Schoology Learning
Schoology has far more options than any of the above three as far as communication, dissemination of information, and assignment and test updates and tracking. Moodle was fairly primitive in its design; Blackboard is a bit clunky in its use, and, while Google Classroom is …
Chose Schoology Learning
I chose Schoology for the ease of use from the administration/back end to the users.
Chose Schoology Learning
Interface is restricted and cannot be customized. No notifications of resubmission of assignments.

iSpring Learn supports short, engaging courses ideal for corporate training programs, especially in finance-related industries. It pairs well with bite-sized content for compliance training, product knowledge, or soft skills development. For companies that need an LMS up and running quickly, iSpring Learn offers a simple setup process and an intuitive interface that doesn't require extensive technical knowledge. If a company needs extensive customization for branding or workflows, iSpring Learn may not be as flexible as some alternatives.

Schoology does the job well enough, but there are enough areas of contention that make advanced use of the system unwieldy. District staff does not have easy reporting ability to determine adoption and use of the platform without having to export to another program for analysis. The reliability of the system is a huge pain point as we need to deliver the curriculum but cannot count on it being available when we need to use it.

Pros
  • Gamification: Available badges, certificates, and user achievements on training completion. Leadership boards available in the user profile increase competitiveness and motivation among users.
  • Analytics: Org level, departments wise, groups wise, and user-wise in-depth reports with lots of filters. The learning curve at the user level is one great functionality.
  • MS PowerPoint integration with iSpring Learn is a top feature and since most of our users are pretty comfortable with MS PowerPoint, it allows for easy content creation and quizzes.

  • Customer Service is amazing. If there is something that doesn't see to work, the customer service department is there to help! The help and support page is comprehensive.
  • It is easy to embed various programs, web site and apps into this one LMS platform. This makes if very easy to customize.
  • Improvements and modifications are constantly being made. The company stays ahead of current trends.
  • Organization of courses and groups is easy, with many an endless amount of possibilities available for creation.

Cons
  • I wish ISpring Learn could interface with my eCommerce website so that users were automatically enrolled when they purchase a course. That would require an API feed.
  • I have 516 downloadable documents for the three learning tracks. I wish iSpring Learn had an option for the user to download numerous documents at one time, instead of one at a time. After early users complained, I put a link to a Box account, for each learning track, so the user could download the documents all at one time.

  • The test banks in the personal resources need to be more functional. The ability to be able to create folders for a course and insert multiple test banks within that folder for different units of the same course would be more efficient. Being able to add colors to different folders would also make it easier to identify which course teachers were looking for and separate test and quizzes from the unit and final exams. It would be nice if the tracking of the test banks could be turned on and off so that graphs, charts, political cartoons, and other images could be changed without the need to necessarily change the question. For example, using red for US History, blue for World History, green for Economics, black for Government then within each folder quizzes could be orange, unit exams could be yellow, and finals exams could be purple under each course, or whatever color made sense to the teacher.
  • The graphing capabilities in assessments need to be more functional outside of math. It would be nice if geography students could create population graphs that would include inverted x and y-axis charts to the left of a regular x and y-axis chart with the ability to add age ranges in between them and then have bar graphs going both directions. Economic students need to be able to create dot line charts that curve to demonstrate supply, demand, and equilibrium charts. These also need both the x and y-axis so that price and quantity can be included. Bar graphs need to be able to have multiple bars in groupings so that students can compare the different measurements of GDP across multiple countries. Graphing isn't only for math.

In the past I could not encourage my students to take online training. The results and the questions were hard to be given. When I used the iSpring Suite along with iSpring Learn, my dreams came through and most of the time my students are online and take good training with my programme.

While we have taken time to re-evaluate our selected 1:1 devices, Schoology's impact on student learning is unquestioned. Students are able to connect with other learners, create and share products of their learning, and develop their digital fluency through their use of Schoology.

Usability
Sometimes, things just aren't intuitive enough. For example, burying the catalog in the settings area makes no sense at all. The same goes for permissions and year reviews. It was a massive oversight that really caused a lot of confusion for all of our managers. It caused distrust in the LMS simply because someone who designed and developed it did not think that an employee review should be private to them, their direct supervisor, or the supervisor above. Instead, ANY manager could read ANY employee review. I have mentioned this several times throughout these questionnaires, and as you can see, I still find it incomprehensible that a company that wants to promote its software as a multifaceted solution could be so blind to something so critical, especially in terms of privacy.

It's very easy to use Schoology. As with any LMS, it helps to learn some tips and tricks prior to getting started. But, each item is clearly indicated within the platform. If I want to add materials, it is right at the top of my screen. If I want to view the calendar, it is indicated to the right of my screen. Navigating a course and the platform is quite straightforward. Additionally, the benefit of Schoology's help center and user community makes asking and answering questions quick and easy.

Our account rep Katie Connor is fantastic. She is very responsive to our requests. She does not try to over sell. She has setup training sessions for us any time we asked. Finally, she is a very nice person we like working with. She also has been patient with us as we figure out our renewal

We have county-level support and district-level support, but their HELP page offers everything that is needed to answer questions and to find "how-to" information for staff. This includes video and written directions for every available feature. Schoology has also worked with our district to improve their product.

As a teacher, I used to spend a lot of time correcting my students' papers. Now with iSpring Learn, my time has been saved and everything is done automatically. Sit and get with very little hands-on time. 5 minutes to try out a feature/question type, etc. is not enough time. Once your training is done, there is no option for new employees to get that training without having to rebook and pay for the training again. If you pay for basic training, that should be available to a district to use in the future.

When I talked to my colleagues or informed them to search for a programme before iSpring Learn, they were not successful in designing and implementing a programme like this. I am sure they have done a lot to implement it in the best and educational way. That was not that easy as we thought.
