Jira Work Management vs. Larksuite

Jira Work Management suits projects involving multiple teams, such as product development. In our case, the design, development, and QA teams use Jira to track tasks from ideation to deployment. Custom workflows and real-time updates ensure that all teams are on the same page, and the ability to link related tasks helps manage dependencies effectively.

Since I work from home, Larksuite is quite helpful to me because we need a way to communicate even when we are working from home. I'm glad that Larksuite is available to us because we constantly need assistance from our supervisor and quality assurance staff. You can also let others know you won't be available at that time by using interface like "Do not disturb," "In Meeting," or "Taking a Break" in Larksuite. Larksuite's ability to let us attach crucial files, pin crucial communications, and build calendars for scheduled meetings and events is by far its most interesting feature. Larksuite can be used in meetings. I remember when we first started using Larksuite Video Meetings for our discussions, I was astounded to see an interface that allowed you to view on your own the file the speaker had provided. I believe that using Larksuite for our video conference makes things more simpler because everything you need is already there.

As we are Atlassian users overall, this entire ecosystem is truly built from a 360 perspective. It becomes the one source of truth, and we can easily see where we are in our projects and where to emphasize focus in the upcoming period. There are some areas for minor improvements, but they are more a matter of preference rather than business necessity

I rate this perfect simply because we use this everyday and this is very helpful. Without this tool I can't imagine how we can communicate to each other and how we can resolve every concern/issue that we cater everyday on our job. This is the tool we use to communicate and endorse specific concern.

Personally I would not choose Jira Work Management for a marketing team. However, the marketing team was enveloped into the Jira Work Management instance due to use by more technical teams.

I selected Larksuite simply because even you don't have laptop or desktop you can simply install this app through google or apple store and you just need to log in using your working email. You will now access and use every feature on this app. You can also watch and play videos.

• The impact has been positive to have a roadmap available of all the work and to be more aware of the time, effort, and people that will be involved, in order to make a better decision about how our investment will look based on our benefits.

• The quality of communicator is way easier by the help of Larksuite
