Likelihood to Recommend	It would be very appropriate to use some of its functionalities when an employee has finished his work and has reported it correctly. In this case, we proceed to rate and mark your work on the platform and then reward him. I think it makes more sense to provide gifts rather than gift cards as rewards, as people don't really cash out the gift cards. Since Nectar didn't have this functionality in Germany, the platform wasn't ideal. People did provide and receive feedback but didn't really use the reward capabilities. Pros	Encourages employees to go above and beyond! Encourages our staff to make an effort to support our employees by handing out KUDOS for good deeds or for bright ideas that help innovate the company. Helps our leaders make informed decisions on good staff by viewing the distribution of KUDOS to our employees and helps maintain a level of professionalism between the employees. The redeeming of kudos and the various gifts and reward schemes all bring about lots of interest and fascination to working, especially when it's remote working. Return on Investment	It creates excitement and positive engagement within the staff creating a lively environment. It's easy to track the highest receivers and at the end of the year, these receivers are sieved and awarded accordingly. Some employees might abuse the system and reward just for the sake of rewarding to get points. Reward redemptions are not instant which creates a little demotivation to shine on the spot all the time.
