Chose Lead411
We've also used RocketReach. All of the others we have tried appear to only provide information that I can easily get from my own Linkedin account, making them a waste of our time & money. We have always come back to Lead411. The breadth & depth of information they provide is …
Lead411, provided us more bang for our dollar. Comprehensive information at a good price; after careful comparison, we chose Lead411 because of its value. But it's not a poor man's platform, it's very robust and provides excellent search capabilities too.
The database they have is much bigger than some other companies I have worked with. Their pricing is also good and is budget-friendly and working on the advanced search function is quite intuitive.
All other tools are max capturing information from a website or other sources. Mostly they are landing into toll-free numbers or customer support. We people in our organization looking for board numbers which direct to decision-maker easily. This tool resolves the issue for us. …
Zoominfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.
False or wrong information. Lusha gave me someone's phone number, very embarrassing calling the wrong number. Lusha gave me wrong telephone numbers right off the bat. Some are tied to only LinkedIn and no search feature. UpLead hard to learn and wrong email addresses or company …
There are a ton of competitors. Since I've been using them for so long I believe their pricing packages may have changed. However, I found that for the price and functionality they are far and away the biggest bang for your buck. Honestly they are sort of my secret weapon.
I've used a number of competing B2B tools and contact/data providers. The contact data from Lead411 has proven to be very helpful with specific campaigns. I'm especially appreciative of the Trigger-Based Sales Intelligence...and look to utilize this MORE!
Lead411 has a better interface. Their database is all cloud-based which meant accessing it from anywhere. Lead411 also provided access to more candidates and sales leads in our opinion.
Discover.org was a product I used often at another company but is useless in my new company and industry. They are very limited and industry specific which is a shame considering they offer a good product. Insideview is a comparable product but again we could not find enough …
Scratchpad's pipeline views allow for better forecasting. This saves me time using multiple tools and views to get a better pulse of where I am at and where I need to be. I selected Scratchpad as it was recommended to me by a colleague, and once he showed me how he was using …
It doesn't. Scratchpad is more agile and much easier to use as a seller managing a large patch with lots of opportunities. SAP is robust but is far more complicated and involves a lot more inputs to get the same outputs that you can get with Scratchpad in half the time and …
I can't think of another tool similar to Scratchpad. The only other sales productivity tool that I've used in the past is Mixmax which is also an excellent tool. Mixmax has more features embedded in Gmail with the ability to view and edit Salesforce fields like Scratchpad, but …
Scratchpad is just a much more enjoyable way of interacting with Salesforce for the features it currently supports. It's not an alternative to Salesforce, it's an alternative UX for certain daily activities in SF, and it's great at that.
Before finding Scratchpad, logging account movements and mapping were done over OneNote (account management), Excel (pricing), and Word (call notes). Now I can get rid of the OneNote and Word aspects as they both sit on Scratchpad that links directly back to SF. This has helped …
I prefer the usage and benefit of Scratchpad over Coda, and easier & faster to use than Salesforce. I feel Coda has very little benefit (basically google page), but Scratchpad helps me stay organized for opportunities & discovery notes which is crucial. I highly suggest …
Scratchpad customizations stay within the margins of rules set by our organization. We didn't do a deep dive of Dooly and can mainly speak to the quality and effectiveness within Scratchpad. Currently, my entire team of 10 reps is using it, and we all have found usefulness. …
Before Scratchpad, I made all updates through Salesforce. Reports don't load super quickly and can be tough to change. Scratchpad makes this much easier.
I haven't ever used anything else other than your typical pen and paper or notes section on my Mac. I wouldn't have any info on how they stack up compared to the competition. I would venture to say they are the only ones trying to change sales reps' lives. It's just what they …
I selected Scratchpad because the depth of integration within Salesforce is very useful; I don't have to use a separate application than what I'm already using, Scratchpad is imbued within my Chrome and SFDC instances. Their free capabilities don't block you from viewing notes …
[Lead411 is well suited for] lead generation where the phone numbers are verified and the email addresses are verified, I find them to have a high rate of accuracy. The ability to filter to the verified information is very user friendly. I do wish the number of verified emails and phone numbers were higher.
I have over 250 accounts in my name, and it can be difficult to prioritize and find notes on past conversations my colleagues may have had. Scratchpad makes it super easy to reference past notes and add new ones to organize my book of business and make the best use of my time.
Most importantly --- The DATA is accurate and the platform is straight-forward and simple to use. The native connection to our CRM environment "completes the requirement" from our standpoint. A "10 out of 10"...
From my experiences and interactions, the culture of the organization is exceptionally focused on customer satisfaction! We've been more than pleased with EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lead411....they go out of their way to be of assistance. A "10 out of 10"...
I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.

The majority of my closed business since my subscription began about a year ago has come from intelligence and contact information from Lead411, a figure that many times exceeds the cost of the subscription. Fantastic investment.
Using Lead411 is like having my own inside sales rep conducting company research, finding out relevant contact information, compiling sales triggers in specific vertical markets, and much more. Frees me up to sit on appointments and sell.
Lead411 does the grunt work for you, giving you back countless hours in your sales month for actual selling and moving deals through the sales process, significantly speeding up my sales processes from initial appointment to closed business. My typical sales cycle before Lead411, from initial contact to signed contract in hand, was 8-10 weeks. Since using Lead411, it's now 4-6. Yes, that big a difference.
I credit Scratchpad to saving me on average about 1 - 2 hours a day (what it used to take me) and about 5 - 6 hrs per week.
Scratchpad makes me feel better about where I stand in regards to my quota cause it gives me easy visualization into my pipeline making forecasting discussions easier with managers.
Scratchpad enables me to stay organized and helps me feel less overwhelmed with Admin work.
