Data management in Leadspace is impressive. The incredible tool that we're using makes anything possible; LeadSpace was a big help in CDP accounting. We can better manage our sales and marketing data with the help of
data enrichment. Personalized B2B data enables people to …
We chose Leadspace after evaluating several other suppliers in part because of their ability to give localized addresses for contacts, enrich with personas, and provide predictive intent data for contacts. Among other things, they've exceeded expectations in all three of these …
Leadspace does away with batch-and-blast marketing, which
involves sending messages and campaigns to large groups of people. Its data
management capabilities enable users to access personal B2B data to engage with
Leadspace has a better interface plus the data was more accurate. Plus per license price was also less than demanbase. The demo gave a much better experience and good pricing.
1. This tool and database trumped others because of the flexible way in which they reported the data. 2. The team is helpful in figuring out our needs to give us the information we were looking for. 3. Their Account team is very helpful, responsive & fun to work.
Very much better than ClickFunnels. Doesn't push a lot for sale like the stupidity of ClickFunnels who have those stupid follow ups. No high-intensity sales techniques and better interface and feels much better to interact with salespeople. Leadspace gives a much better …
Our target market is VSBs (very small businesses). We vetted a list of 22K records from our database to various vendors and ReachForce had the highest match rates.
It was much easier and cost-effective for us to implement and use Reachforce than Infutor data solutions. We had a better customer service with Reachforce and their account representatives made sure we were happy with the service they provided from the beginning to end. I …
They are heads and shoulders above the competition. Smart Forms is really important to have to decrease form fields. The competition doesn't have that product. Therefore, you can't decrease the number of fields and increase lead conversion. No customizability of the data that …
We are definitely aware of Amplitude CDP and how they are constantly making updates to their CDP to make it better. If their offerings are a lot better than mParticle's, it might make sense to jump ship to Amplitude since we already use them for Analytics anyway.
mParticle has a bigger catalog of services you can interface with and provides a more complete check for data integrity. It also allows you to use any analytics solution.
Leadspace simplifies the process of gathering, normalizing, and validating data. As it is a robust tool, it allows us to focus our efforts on creating demand. Because it is the source of truth, we use it to enrich all incoming data and organize records into scales. We would, however, appreciate having more industry-specific data. We are working on combining and unifying various industry data sets so that they can be ingested into their enrichment values.
Do not integrate multiple analytics / customer messaging / download attribution SDKs into your mobile or web apps, duplicating data and risking a fragemented view of the customer. Instead integrate mParticle as a CDP, and configure the necessary integrations which will enable you to progress towards a world of the single-view of the customer. Also works great to import historical data into a newly onboarded/integrated tool.
Data quality on contact level is not accurate as we would like. I noticed even the data we get from D&B is not as accurate as would like. It is understandable because people change their jobs so frequently in our industry. We received high bounce rate from our email marketing. We did the random review of our own data against their data and found some contacts' info has not been updated and is wrong.
Smartforms integration can be tricky for the first time users.
I wish they refreshed their data more frequently than quarterly.
It's a great tool for beginners but not scalable to advance use cases. It's not it's a fault in our case, because any platform is as good as the data collected

Account Management team from Leadspace is very helpful in helping us to understand the product in detail.
Enrichment of data based on company and person helps the organisation to plan & execute better.

The feature "persona scoring" helps in defining our key target personas using job titles, job levels and technologies and now when new leads come into our database, they get scored against these personas and this drives a key part of our lead scoring model and campaign segmentation
This might be less of an issue with mParticle, but often times we found ourselves troubleshooting discrepancies between what mParticle showed vs downstream analytics platforms, more so than troubleshooting the issue itself.
