Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.

I think it's a fantastic tool for a small business or startup. It has many of the same features as other CRMs, and my favorite thing about it are the pre-built Sales Dashboards that generate your forecast, pipeline, deal value, everything you would expect to see when analyzing your sales efforts. I think the parts of it that aren't as scalable are the outbound sales efforts with email. I don't think you can set up drip campaigns or automated workflows through monday the way you can through HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
  • The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
  • Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
  • Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.

  • It is very easy to use and logical. Teams and departments can collaborate together to work as one team.

  • The field names, types, and data you enter can be customized as per your organization's requirements.

Cons
  • LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
  • Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
  • LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

  • Perhaps individual archive boards for individual boards - sometime's it's difficult to locate an archived item to account when something is done so until projects are finished, I often leave items on the board when it could be 'cleaner'
  • More color shades for groups and labels
  • Keep adding new widgets for dashboards to provide an even greater overview

Likelihood to Renew
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.

1. The learning curve is not too steep; it is fairly simple. The UI albeit old looking, is fairly simple. 2. It has a lot of integrated apps using which you can directly access other systems under a single umbrella. 3. Processes and permission templates allow for role based access, thereby further simplifying the system by removing unnecessary element with respect to a specific group

It was a little tricky when I first set up all of my automations and to kind of navigate my board and create it initially. So now that it's set up it's super easy to use so that's why I gave a seven in this rating.

We only ever needed to us the FAQs and quick google searches as everything we needed to do was very straightforward and intuitive to do. We found the simple and easy design and interface helped prevent having any issues. A colleague did need to reach out for help and stated that it was quick and useful

Alternatives Considered
LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity model, tracking became much easier and yes, Freshdesk is a support tool and Freshsales does exist but LeadSquared fulfilled our usecase at a much lesser price.

I personally perfer monday's interface to Asana's, although they are both very similar in concept. I also feel that monday is better suited for cross-functional project management, which is something necessary to the way Dr. Squatch operates. Asana may be better suited to companies who have smaller teams and a simpler scope of project management, but for a company with the complexity of ours, monday's customizable features and ease of visibility was the better suited platform for our needs.

  • Customized Lead Stages helped the sales team to have a better follow up thus improving the conversion rates.
  • Automations and Drip implementation helped in drawing direct/indirect conversions from dormant leads - Adding to LTV of a customer.
