LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity …
We were searching for a CRM which was customizable according to our requirements and we tried with a lot of tools but this application has really worked out for us.
Flexibility and readiness to upgrade as per client's requirement. Support is at its best - The team, including people like Pratheek, is just amazing to work with. This totally reflects the company's work culture and the ethics they operate under. They have a client first …
LeadSquared is able to provide very important and informative reports and dashboards which is something we were looking for a long time and LeadSquared gave us all the things that we need. This is the main reason we selected LeadSquared against other alternatives.
LeadSquared is easier to use and much less expensive. The cost of onboarding (time and expense) is less than that of competitors. It's intuitive ease of use does not require one to have super in depth knowledge. There was much less risk going with LS compared to competitors …

Much more cost-effective than the other solutions on this list. Hubspot's A/B testing and email marketing library is much better, but not needed when you compare costs.
We tried integrating Zoho CRM but couldn't integrate it well and get our agents to use it. So, we looked at many other options and finalized on LeadSquared.
I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the …

Chose LeadSquared
We have to use ZOHO for CRM, AWeber or Get Response for auto responders and LeadPages for landing pages. LeadSquared is the complete package in one place. It saves time and improves quality and productivity.
According to me LeadSquared is a complete package for any one who does marketing and needs to manage multiple leads from different sources, and I am one of them. I felt LeadSquared was the best platform for me to work on without facing any difficulties.
I moved from MailChimp to LeadSquared. Primarily because I wanted landing pages and email marketing in one software. Plus I wanted more advanced ways of segmenting customers and data based triggering of autoresponders.
When it comes to Marketing Automation, LeadSquared wins hands-down in terms of features. They also have a very friendly support team who go that extra mile to make the customer happy.
Salesflare has BOTH the dedicated web platform and the integrated side-bar in my google inbox that acts intuitively to mine for contacts in my emails and linkedIN. Monday.com requires all manual input and though well laid out and has some fun pizzaz, is less helpful. Salesflare …
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better …
You can think of Salesflare as a smarter Pipedrive. It rocks the same kind of intuitive user experience that is very low-barrier to get going with, but turns it up a notch when it comes handling, enriching and automating data. I've also find it more flexible to integrate with …
Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complex and/or been "too customizable" in that they do not offer an easy and intuitive path to enabling your sales team right out of the box.
Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any …
Pipedrive was another option but I chose Salesflare for the seamless integration into my regular everyday workflow as well as its ability to integrate with just about any app you can think of. It plays nice with all of my other apps and makes using a CRM actually fun. I love …
Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.
Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.
Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.
Workflows are easy to create and very effective for bulk messaging.
I like the email templates that I can set up and re-use - very convenient!
The phone app is good - I can access a contact right from my phone and call them. When I make a call, it automatically opens a note for me to create a time-stamped record of the call.
I also like that fact that I can add customized contact and account fields. This is a big help in allowing me to do pretty precise "sorts".
Salesflare automatically captures and organises data about leads so it can effectively surface the ones that require your attention. It also provides you with the tools to do just that. What it doesn't cover as much right now is feeding top of the funnel: I would for example happily pay extra to have a website visitor identification functionality into the mix.
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.
1. The learning curve is not too steep; it is fairly simple. The UI albeit old looking, is fairly simple. 2. It has a lot of integrated apps using which you can directly access other systems under a single umbrella. 3. Processes and permission templates allow for role based access, thereby further simplifying the system by removing unnecessary element with respect to a specific group
The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.
Great to work with and also Easy to work with Do not just listen to the problem but provide upfront solutions Always available and are ready to support on holidays Considerate of user's knowledge and always ready to explain the smallest / dumbest doubt a user can ask Always available to help with the internal tasks as well like creating automations, drip creations etc
Hit them on Chat support, and you are gonna get a response within a few minutes (if not in a few hours, during weekends) But they are gonna keep following with you till they make sure that your query has been resolved. Keep it up!
LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity model, tracking became much easier and yes, Freshdesk is a support tool and Freshsales does exist but LeadSquared fulfilled our usecase at a much lesser price.
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better Pipedrive. With the same easy-to-use, low-barrier approach to getting started, it ups the ante when dealing with data, enriching and automating it.
I save dozens of hours each month managing new clients and leads, Salesflare easily pays for itself each month
Between the great mobile app and integration with Gsuite, Salesflare is the perfect CRM for the mobile user. I no longer feel chained to a desktop to manage my leads.
I used to have a Love-Hate relationship with CRMs but now actually enjoy using a CRM since using Salesflare and feel like I actually realize the value of using a CRM.
