Leadsquared is well suited for small to medium-sized enterprises where the team is small and you have a lot of areas to explore. Every team can have their suites/ accounts customised accordingly. I am not sure if I can compare it for bigger enterprises but I feel this best of best to get your work done more efficiently.

  • Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
  • The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
  • Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
  • Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.

  • LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
  • Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
  • LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

  • One area of concern is the many data silos that are present within SAP sales cloud
  • While creating filters for accessing sales lead reports, the accuracy is missing sometimes.
  • The product is quite vast and a lot more learning material and knowledge base documents are required.

Likelihood to Renew
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.

I know what SAP CRM can do in the future. We are very happy with the product and think it is a great choice for both SAP ERP users and even those who do not use other SAP products. We have both Salesforce and SAP CRM, and we feel that Salesforce is a good product for a few years, but SAP CRM is a more fully-featured product and is a better choice for complex organizations capable of running installed software of this complexity. It is often just a question of budget.

It has a lot of integrated apps using which you can directly access other systems under a single umbrella. 3. SAP's customer service is quick and efficient, with a response time of fewer than some minutes. In either case, you'll get instant help from the vendor or online forums. In addition, the vendor provides excellent global support for this tool. Like Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc., it's probably fine as a standalone CRM option.

I would rate the implementation a 7. While the process overall was successful, there were challenges related to data migration, integration with other systems, and initial user adoption. However, the support from SAP during the implementation phase was helpful, and we were able to resolve the major issues as the process progressed.

LeadSquared is a dedicated Sales CRM. Earlier we were using Freshdesk for sales following a ticket based model which was highly inconvenient as all customer activity used to get created as a separate ticket and overall effort tracking was a mess. With the Lead and Activity model, tracking became much easier and yes, Freshdesk is a support tool and Freshsales does exist but LeadSquared fulfilled our usecase at a much lesser price.
