MomentFeed is a localization-based marketing platform for enterprises from the company of the same name headquartered in Santa Monica, California.
The Bronto platform is so similar to Listrak in that it made no sense for us to move unless there were significant cost savings (there weren't). We are so intertwined with Listrak that it would be painful to move for the sake of moving. Klaviyo is very DIY which can be great. …
The service is overpriced compared to competitors, and the service is very hard to set up and integrate with our Shopify store. You think they would want to integrate more seamlessly with the largest e-commerce platform on the market. After working with them for several years, …
Klaviyo and MailChimp have better integrations with Shopify and seem to be targeted more to the small business. Listrak is definitely better suited for a mid-tier business, but they will help you get there.
The focus Listrak has on e-commerce was a huge selling point. The price-point and easy installation were another attraction. The product is simple, clean, effective, and encompasses everything we need to be successful. It was a clear winner for us.
I've been using programs like Listrak for several years. Many times the needs from clients have been on a smaller scale, so options like MailChimp and ConstantContact have provided the necessary service levels. However, if you're looking at merging effectively with an eCommerce …
This is the first subscription list service we have used so we don't have much to compare it to. We have no complaints about the software or the service they provide. They have been very easy to work with and fast to respond to questions on our account.
Listrak stands out from the listed companies for a variety of reasons, but there are 3 main areas that make Listrak my go to platform. 1. Superior control over your Database & Lists 2. Excellent deliverability rate for businesses that possess a large database.
Podium is used in a different capacity at Byrider, but Yext is a platform that we've looked into. It has similar features but the ease of use for multi-unit sets it apart.
I have not personally used Yext, but after a couple demos I didn't find that it fit the needs of my past clients or current company as much as MomentFeed could; I had also heard horror stories about how Yext effectively holds listing data hostage or simply removes it once you …
We use Listrak to send cart abandonment emails, welcome emails, and sales emails. We also use the segmentation tool to find specific customers if we are looking for feedback on new products or specific issues. This has been a great way to reach out to them in a very personalized way.
More reporting options. There is a wealth of data able to be reported around just one Facebook page; now imagine the type of data you have available to analyze across dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of local pages. They already do a good job of showing some valuable insights (and providing every other metric they can via spreadsheet exports) but I think there's pretty much an endless array of possibilities beyond what they have. I suppose that's a slippery slope though.
Some minor UI/UX issues. Some fields operate weirdly, some buttons may act funky, or the platform may not remember your location group selection when you move from one part of the product to another. Easily overlooked, however.
Social media publishing is sometimes delayed and may go out a handful of minutes after you intended. Not a problem in most cases, but I'd schedule natively or with another tool if you're depending on a post to go out at an exact moment.

Ability to execute dynamic content & intricately segmented email campaigns has made a hugely positive impact on our marketing capabilities while maintaining a large database.
Listrak does cost slightly more than its competition, therefore making me (the consumer) look a little harder at our ROI since implementing Listrak as our primary digital marketing platform. All-in-all, it is safe to say that Listrak has definitely had a positive impact on our overall business goals of creating campaigns that increase customer engagement, click-thru rates, and most importantly conversions.
