Any multi-location brand that has 20 locations and more, who wished to effortlessly manage their reviews from all review sources including the Apple and Google store, manage their location listings, promote their brand by utilizing Google and Facebook posts, drive their individual Google search rankings and engage all stakeholders in managing the brand's reputation, LocalClarity is the only choice.

Cons
  • The LocalClarity of 24 months ago and even of 12 months ago, is not the LocalClarity of today. Their ability to listen and adapt to their clients needs is truly remarkable. We will always find the need for improvement with any solution we use but LocalClarity's is near perfect and I have no doubt, based on my personal interactions with the LocalClarity team, the solution will continue to be near perfect.

  • More reporting options. There is a wealth of data able to be reported around just one Facebook page; now imagine the type of data you have available to analyze across dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of local pages. They already do a good job of showing some valuable insights (and providing every other metric they can via spreadsheet exports) but I think there's pretty much an endless array of possibilities beyond what they have. I suppose that's a slippery slope though.
  • Some minor UI/UX issues. Some fields operate weirdly, some buttons may act funky, or the platform may not remember your location group selection when you move from one part of the product to another. Easily overlooked, however.
  • Social media publishing is sometimes delayed and may go out a handful of minutes after you intended. Not a problem in most cases, but I'd schedule natively or with another tool if you're depending on a post to go out at an exact moment.

Alternatives Considered
None of the above keep up with LocalClarity. That's the reason we decided to partner with LocalClarity and we're proud to have done so. It's one thing to use the solution for yourself but when you engage a leading brand client you already have a relationship with to a solution, making a mistake is not an option...and not once have we felt we made a mistake introducing LocalClarity to any of our existing clients.

I have not personally used Yext, but after a couple demos I didn't find that it fit the needs of my past clients or current company as much as MomentFeed could; I had also heard horror stories about how Yext effectively holds listing data hostage or simply removes it once you are no longer a customer.

Return on Investment
  • As a reseller, LocalClarity is an easy proposition to sell as it's simple, uncluterred, uncomplicated and highly affordable.
  • Due to the way LocalClarity was designed, it provides an automatic reduction in the resources required to handle the daily needs of a mideum to large multi-location chain...and who doesnt like to get the job done right with less resources and costs!
  • With the use of LocalClarity, even as a simplistic example, our clients see an increase in their review ratings, an increase in the number of reviewers posting reviews, an an increase in brand stakeholder engagement working diligently improve customer satisfaction.
