No two teams are alike. So why offer “one size fits all” pricing plans? They just don’t work – teams are locked out of features they need while they get features they don’t need. We do things differently. We create individual pricing based on your team’s specific needs and budget.
Educational discounts are available for the Business and Enterprise editions. Up to a 20% discount is available for annual pricing.

Chose Lytho Workflow
We actually use Lytho Workflow in addition to monday.com. Each makes up for the features that the other lacks or has a very basic implementation of. Lytho Workflow, for example has more powerful proofing tools and request forms. monday.com, on the other hand is better suited to …
By consolidating the requests, project management, and proofing without features we didn't need like invoicing it was an easy fit for us. We were able to quickly develop a comprehensive workflow and the gains to efficiency were immediate. Pricing was competitive (at least at …
Ziflow is much faster. The Progress Updates on the dashboard actually work, and automatic status updates without refreshing the browser are a bonus. Ziflow operates more smoothly.
Ziflow had the better user interface and looked more modern. The integration with Adobe products helped our design team as well and setting deadlines and no limits on file uploads where advantages from Ziflow versus GoProof. we had several demos and the ease of use of Ziflow …
We chose Ziflow because it felt like the perfect fit. Its user-friendly design and powerful features stood out from the rest. It just clicked with our team, making collaboration a breeze and streamlining our content review process like never before. I will mention that Trello …
I only used Workfront for a short time before we switched to Ziflow. I know that pricing was a big thing and there were features that Ziflow had to offer that Workfront did not. One of those being the automated workflow process and being able to set templated workflows. I have …
In my experience, previous programs offered a very bare bones proofing process. Ziflow introduced new features that make things so much easier and faster. Some features I didn't even know I wanted. No contest!
While Monday.com and Notion are robust project management platforms, they may not offer the same level of optimization and efficiency specifically required for creative reviews. Ziflow's specialization in creative reviews, its simplicity and ease of use, and its targeted …
I found Ziflow to be much better than PageProof in several ways. The tools available for making comments and edits are more intuitive and there is a greater variety of tools and the version control features worked much better as well. Also their customer service was far …
We still use Adobe Acrobat, but only to view pdfs and to create editable forms. Anything proofing-related, we use Ziflow now, and I don't ever see us going back.
Ziflow has a better approval process but we use MarkUp Hero for making changes to CAD drawings as this is a similar but also different system so we use both and keep them for their own unique usefulness. When needing to get approval on a drawing, we use Markup Hero first then …
I don't have much to compare Lytho Workflow workflow to, but I'd say it gets the job done for my small department. I can't imagine a world where we didn't have it. There are times when the software does not work as expected though. For example, if one of the marketing managers archives a request after it has been accepted, it will disappear from the request queue but remain as a job in my job queue. From there, I have to archive it again. The same goes for comments - if someone makes a comment on the request, it does not appear on the job, nor am I notified. I have to click through to the request, from the job to see those comments.
Ziflow is a great program for all our proofing needs. Creating a proof is as easy as dragging it over. To add someone, you can just start typing an email and it'll pick up from an address book and you can click the name. You can also add multiple people to one tag and have them all added at once to a proof. You can also create templates with people already added to various stages to really speed up the process of adding people to proofs. The stage function itself is also great for having multiple approvals from multiple stages instead of creating new proofs after each person approves.
Simple and user friendly interface with little if no learning curve.
Accurate and specific change requests are especially enhanced when using the markup tools.
Nice to be able to assign who the decision maker is and also be able to change project participants easily, like when someone goes on holiday or sick leave.
SOCD (sent, opened, comment, decision) progress indicators provide an awesome 'at a glance' view of project participants activity.
Email notifications and integration with ASANA is brilliant.
Crashes - The workflow web page crashes very frequently and I've never been able to figure out what the cause is. Refreshing the page always fixes this issue.
Proof Approvals - I wish there was a way to remove all people from the route that have approved and resend to those who haven't. Reviewers who have already approved often do not want to see future proof revisions coming through their inbox. It would be nice to have this as an option, rather than having to create a new revision and manually removing all that have approved before sending.
A more personalized dashboard - My dashboard is more geared towards someone who is requesting or reviewing jobs, rather than someone who is completing them. As a result, I rarely use this page.
Software bug when updating one of many document status. Sometimes, Ziflow displays a document as "pending" even after being approved unless you manually refresh the page.
When a comment is too long, the email notifications are displayed incomplete.
When using "compare mode" with comments, Ziflow leaves little space to look at the actual document. Thecomment section of both proofs combined can easily take up to 50% of your screen.
Ziflow is easy to use, efficient and now is also part of our daily lives. Hence, the teams are already adapted to the tool and willing to work with it. The features are according to all what was expected and we had a great experience until the moment with the tool
The tool is easy to use for digital oriented people. For the ones not used to this kind of environment, it could look a bit complicated at the beginning, but following the instructions and tutorials and performing it once makes you get a grip of it in just one use.
The ZIflow support team has always been very responsive to my questions, issues and other problems. The good thing is I have never had to use their support team all that much because Ziflow has been for the most part trouble free. If it had been error prone, we would have dropped it long ago.
By consolidating the requests, project management, and proofing without features we didn't need like invoicing it was an easy fit for us. We were able to quickly develop a comprehensive workflow and the gains to efficiency were immediate. Pricing was competitive (at least at the time) and the implementation was very good as well.
I only used Workfront for a short time before we switched to Ziflow. I know that pricing was a big thing and there were features that Ziflow had to offer that Workfront did not. One of those being the automated workflow process and being able to set templated workflows. I have liked Ziflow from an interface perspective better as well.
We used to do all reviews by email, but it was hard to consolidate, and sometimes the wrong version was referred back to. This has saved countless manual hours of management and tracking.
Now we can see the status of each proof at a glance, no need to read email chains!
