However, the cost of the platform when using multi-step transactions is incredibly pricey and the cost does not scale well when you want to increase your monitoring. More Info Chose SolarWinds Pingdom Pingdom was less expensive than Site24x7 and was able to monitor for locations outside of the US. Pingdom is in the cloud and does not require server hardware or care and feeding the way Nagios does. Pingdom does what it does very well for a reasonable cost. |
