Though it does create some duplicate entry, we've found this added cost is minimal compared to the opportunity cost of lost collaboration. More Info Chose Miro Miro's templates are far more versatile for online collaboration. The other tools don't have the breadth of options that Miro has for designing and running a workshop in a matter of a few hours.
