OmniGraffle is and probably will be my goto product for creating technical diagrams. There is a great ecosystem for obtaining shapes to use in diagrams and I can create my own shapes to reuse in other diagrams. The control through boards and layers is incredible and flexible. …

Miro gives more of a modern look to the charts that we produce and is far easier to use compared to Visio.
The downsides of Miro in this comparison is that some clients request for the final outputs to be completed in Visio (for uniformity with their other processes in the …

Milanote doesn't offer the mind map functionality and is so rigid.
Microsoft Visio is overpriced, does not have a collaborative feature, and was very clunky.
Adobe PhotoShop is a great artistic tool, but it is not easy to use for brainstorming. I tried.

Miro is the more collaborative option, offering the ability for many individuals to work on the same item real-time. Though it does create some duplicate entry, we've found this added cost is minimal compared to the opportunity cost of lost collaboration.

Compared to Visio, I found Miro's UI a lot more friendly and easy to use, it was not "clunky" as Visio, and its overall presentation was just nicer and more pleasant to use. Miro had a lot more features and templates available as well. I think overall, it was the look and feel, …

Zoom's whiteboard tool was no where near as refined and you are not able to save. Not a real comparison but we wouldn't use it at all now.

We use both in our business. While lucid's process mapping cuntionality is better than Miro's, i find that Miro is more intuititve and user friendly to use and has a better overall UX. The templates in Miro are also better in my opinion than the ones that can be found in Lucid.
