I don't know where the funds come from every month, but I know that I will have replenished funds by the beginning of the month. There really is no better way to thank an employee than to give out real money. $1 ends up being $100 really quickly. I think it makes more sense to provide gifts rather than gift cards as rewards, as people don't really cash out the gift cards. Since Nectar didn't have this functionality in Germany, the platform wasn't ideal. People did provide and receive feedback but didn't really use the reward capabilities. Return on Investment	It's great to see the stats each month of how many employees have engaged with others to acknowledge or appreciate each other. Reports can be run to see these numbers. When employees feel noticed or engaged with their productivity goes up.
