MSP360 Managed Backup is a backup solution with centralized management, monitoring, and reporting. The platform is natively integrated with AWS, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, and Microsoft Azure to enable data protection for Windows, Linux, macOS, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Backupify is a much easier system that provides a restoration option unlike Vault. Vault tends to only allow for holds or to export matters which is nice for legal needs but not for disaster recovery. Backupify works for disaster recovery and for holding matters. I do use both …
The products are very similar. [In my opinion] one would be hard-pressed to find customer care worse than what we have experienced with Datto Backupify.
Whenever we review other solutions, MSP360 always ends up on top. No special hardware needed, integrates with all of the NAS and closed storage providers, great support and price
We have looked into other backup providers, but it has all come down to value for the dollar. While some providers are more polished or have better name brand recognition, MSP360 has all the core components and is just as strong of a platform for considerably fewer investment …
By far the best and easiest solution for easy cloud backups. We bought the license and had it installed and running within about 10 minutes. Easy to restore data with very little trouble. Allows storage straight to Glacier for quick cheap storage. We have since recommended …
The MSP360 web management portal is unbeatable. It makes management and fault correction much easier. Unfortunately, Veeam does not have this without setting up a specific server for this purpose.
Unitrends has an easier management console. You can generate all kinds of reports. CloudBerry is easy to set up, but Unitrends is even easier. You don't have to wait for an installer with Unitrends if you decide to build a custom installer. It's just there to download. You can …
CloudBerry has a low cost but has the ability to attach to just about all the popular storage destinations. It is feature-rich and we've not got into a situation where the software has let us down.
They offer more OS support than anyone else. The only sad thing is that CloudBerry dropped their ransomware protection that was built in and no longer offers native ransomware protection.
I use Veeam, Nakivo and CloudBerry across the networks I manage. All three work well for their needs. Veeam is great for larger virtual environments. Nakivo is also good in those situations and because it's less expensive; it works well in smaller virtual environments. …
Mozy Pro is/was a decent product for self-service backup, but our typical client is not tech savvy enough to handle fixing the common errors (permissions, encrypted files etc> ) that cause failures. They do not monitor the backups on a regular basis, and they have no idea how …
Anywhere you are trying to back up files for Microsoft or for Google and want a disaster recovery solution is a great time to use Backupify. It is a very simple interface that includes an audit section to show all history of restorations as well. It keeps much longer back ups of files than Google does and is much easier to use than Google Vault
MSP360 provides the most flexibility when it comes to backup solutions. there have been no cases where it could not be used for our manages services clients. It has saved our clients many times over the years and we do not use another backup solution for any of our clients. There are a lot of solutions out there but MSP360 is priced right and serves the needs of all of our Managed Services clients.
Should add a general interface to manage all accounts, not a specific interface for every account.
The new backup formats enhancements should be available for all cloud storage companies. More focus with Wasabi would be great because of their focus on storage and low prices.
I love Cloudberry. I am using it at three different sites to backup their mission critical file servers and it works great. It is a very cost effective backup solution that is easy to setup and use and the support is also very good. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a good backup solution for their business.
Very simple user interface and straight forward to complete back ups and restore. It was very easy to set up and then easy to maintain. It does not require any regular maintenance unless you want to delete out data. I only go in to delete old user data for licenses or to restore
The screens are very easy to understand and very detailed. I have not had any issues finding what I was looking for or understanding what options to use to create my backups. Cloudberry has a simple easy to use interface that is well designed and the documentation is excellent compared to some other backup software I have used in the past.
I have not had to reach out to their support. However, when we were elvaluating options and looking at MSP360, their reps did a great job. They were able to answer our questions quickly, andf had a real understanding of their product and all the ways that it could be deployed.
Easy and successful implementation and the results have been very good with no issues since the install and go live. I highly recommend Cloudberry Backup software to anyone needing an easy to install, setup and manage backup solution. Excellent product with great features and reliability at a very good price point.

Mozy Pro is/was a decent product for self-service backup, but our typical client is not tech savvy enough to handle fixing the common errors (permissions, encrypted files etc> ) that cause failures. They do not monitor the backups on a regular basis, and they have no idea how to properly execute a restore. There is no ability to chose from multiple back-end storage platforms, retention periods are not nearly as flexible, the upload speed is slower and it does not have the bandwidth throttling that Cloudberry possesses, and it does not have true client-side encryption keys at least when we used it).
Since switching from Mozy Pro to Cloudberrylab four years ago, our ROI has been extremely positive. The reliability of the product has improved significantly such that we do not need to dedicate much staff time to monitor/manage the backups on a daily basis.
By designating a backup specialist within our organization tasked with keeping up with the latest features, testing restores, and fixing any issues that arise with client backups, we have a high level of efficiency and can respond to restore requests in a very short timeframe.
We have been able to lower the per GB price to our customers and still maintain our overall profitability for our backup service
