QuickBooks is great for accounting needs, but Nutshell is a better CRM. It's more customizable allowing us to ensure our sales process is smooth and the same each time a customer uses our services.
We came from using Big Contacts, which was a simpler CRM program that we just simply outgrew. We entertained a few other CRM programs before deciding on Nutshell back in 2017. We did a demo with SalesForce and it was more advanced than what we needed. I honestly can't quite …
When I first started with BCI, they were using ACT!. It was hard to navigate and there were a lot of spots for duplicate information that made it hard to know if you were in the right spot or not. Then if you had trouble, you would spend 3 hours on the phone with customer …
Well, my team had trials for these others and they all prefer Nutshell for different reasons. I prefer it as I need a user-friendly software to help me out as I am not a big tech guy. I have heard others in the office say things like they like the way activities are scheduled …
We used Salesforce trial, but that was way too costly. We started using Nutshell CRM out of necessity, just to get organized and it seemed easy to use. We now use InfoFlo, simply because it is computer-based, unlimited installs, and a one-time cost.

Chose Nutshell
Nutshell is just as good as these others (for small-medium companies), is much easier to use, and offers more easy-to-use flexibility, and customization that would require an FT admin on these other tools.
We transitioned from GoldMine to Nutshell about 4 years ago, and in fairness to GoldMine, we were using an older version of their software. It was installed locally and didn't have any remote accessibility, so doing anything from the road was a challenge, to say the least. We …
We have used Dynamics CRM for many years. While the tool was indeed powerful, we found ourselves longing for something that has a lower "friction" to just getting things done.
I did not select Nutshell CRM. My employer has that information, but as far as I feel, Nutshell has better uses than Zoho CRM and can be used just as effectively in B2B relations. We only use Nutshell for candidate data, so business contacts are not mixed.
Salesflare has BOTH the dedicated web platform and the integrated side-bar in my google inbox that acts intuitively to mine for contacts in my emails and linkedIN. Monday.com requires all manual input and though well laid out and has some fun pizzaz, is less helpful. Salesflare …
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better …
You can think of Salesflare as a smarter Pipedrive. It rocks the same kind of intuitive user experience that is very low-barrier to get going with, but turns it up a notch when it comes handling, enriching and automating data. I've also find it more flexible to integrate with …
Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complex and/or been "too customizable" in that they do not offer an easy and intuitive path to enabling your sales team right out of the box.
Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any …
Pipedrive was another option but I chose Salesflare for the seamless integration into my regular everyday workflow as well as its ability to integrate with just about any app you can think of. It plays nice with all of my other apps and makes using a CRM actually fun. I love …
Nutshell is very customizable making it a good fit for smaller companies with out huge budgets for these services. I would think in a larger scale business, you would want a system that is specifically designed for the particular industry.
Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.
Nutshell is great with reminders from calls, emails, meetings, and activities it helps you track all of the necessary every day must-do activities.
The best thing about Nutshell CRM is that multiple team members can refer to it whether they are in the office or on the road. Nutshell is great on a PC, Mac, or pretty much any mobile device.
One of the many things that I personally like about Nutshell is how user-friendly it is. Once you work with it for a day or two everything is super easy to manage.
Workflows are easy to create and very effective for bulk messaging.
I like the email templates that I can set up and re-use - very convenient!
The phone app is good - I can access a contact right from my phone and call them. When I make a call, it automatically opens a note for me to create a time-stamped record of the call.
I also like that fact that I can add customized contact and account fields. This is a big help in allowing me to do pretty precise "sorts".
SWOT analysis --- currently we put this in as custom fields but they don't link up at all and are hard to read/navigate. We also use the custom fields for other information we want to capture. It would be nice to build those in so they can show the info as bullet points or something --- currently paragraph form and hard to find things at a glance.
Funnel could use some work. Only shows how many leads are currently in that part of the pipeline which doesn't give us a good historical comparison.
Salesflare automatically captures and organises data about leads so it can effectively surface the ones that require your attention. It also provides you with the tools to do just that. What it doesn't cover as much right now is feeding top of the funnel: I would for example happily pay extra to have a website visitor identification functionality into the mix.
This is perfect for a small business / Home based business with SaaS. Nutshell constantly adds new features and the price is much better than more robust software like Salesforce.
The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.
Nutshell's support team has always been great and they tend to go above and beyond. They are polite, friendly, personable and great listeners. They are also great about sending follow up emails too.
Hit them on Chat support, and you are gonna get a response within a few minutes (if not in a few hours, during weekends) But they are gonna keep following with you till they make sure that your query has been resolved. Keep it up!

It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better Pipedrive. With the same easy-to-use, low-barrier approach to getting started, it ups the ante when dealing with data, enriching and automating it.
Tracking - Nutshell allows us to track how many leads or coming for our prospecting or inactive account calling efforts, it has been great for showing results to our management team
Organization - Nutshell gives us the opportunity to easily access account or contact history and make connections with the customers we interact with
I save dozens of hours each month managing new clients and leads, Salesflare easily pays for itself each month
Between the great mobile app and integration with Gsuite, Salesflare is the perfect CRM for the mobile user. I no longer feel chained to a desktop to manage my leads.
I used to have a Love-Hate relationship with CRMs but now actually enjoy using a CRM since using Salesflare and feel like I actually realize the value of using a CRM.
