OnceHub
Chose OnceHub
Calendly is definitely the bootstrapped option. ScheduleOnce is for serious businesses looking to automate & build a sales team.
Chose OnceHub
ScheduleOnce is the only platform that offered an easy way to send text messages to clients. I appreciated the ease of adding a few questions to qualify potential clients prior to getting onto a call with them. Easy to use and the customer service experience I have received has …
Chose OnceHub
Acuity is great. I really liked it but once I started using Zoom for sales consultations. I felt that ScheduleOnce did a much better job of sending a link, reminding them of their call, and following up with missed calls. Nothing against Acuity, I just felt that ScheduleOnce …
Chose OnceHub
Calendly is very simple, and fine for one person. Another option, Get Omnify, does very well for brick and mortar businesses and has some advanced features, but at the time there was nothing else that was as capable as ScheduleOnce, which is why we chose it, and why the …
Chose OnceHub
ScheduleOnce user interface and set up was easier than in Calendly. Also ScheduleOnce was able to connect to my iCloud calendar - most other similar applications could not do this (also better pricing for my needs).
Chose OnceHub
I thought Calendly looked solid as well. Both are easy to use and are attractive visually, I found ScheduleOnce to be a bit more robust and had more features. ScheduleOnce is better for a multi-person business in my view, but I can see why a solopreneur would go with …
Engageware
Chose Engageware
I haven't looked at any others recently, but plan to, so not sure what the latest features are on other systems.
Chose Engageware
TimeTrade is the only software of its kind that I've used, but if I was placed in a similar role again (managing a team of interviewers) depending on license costs and budget I would consider hiring a part-time scheduling coordinator instead. While I wasn't an employee at the …
Chose Engageware
TimeTrade has been my favorite way (that I've discovered so far) to organize meeting attendees from different organizations and coordinate a time that works for everyone.

For all things bookings, including meetings, sales calls, events, and client onboarding, ScheduleOnce is the dominant software hands down. For shorter forms, such as quizzes and exercises on an online course, FormOnce is the far superior sibling as it's able to accommodate all needs, size, length, and customization.

TimeTrade is a good fit for a team with regular hours and little schedule fluctuation, one type of role being hired at a time, a limited budget, excellent phone/communication skills to work with the customer service team effectively, and a very clear idea of exactly how the hiring process needs to be structured. Not recommended for teams with diverse appointment types/programs, complex/shifting schedules, and enough budget to afford a higher end product.

Pros
  • Booking page is easy to set up and use
  • Many options as to the types of meetings/appointments that can be booked
  • Improves my efficiency! Easy to send the booking link to colleagues, prospects, etc. have them select the most appropriate date and time to meet
  • Enhances the professionalism of my business

  • The customers really like that they can book time with our reps when it's convenient for both parties.
  • TimeTrade integrates with Outlook, so the online calendar is in sync with the reps.

Cons
  • I really wish I could put tracking pixels (i.e. AdWords conversion pixels) on the booking thank you pages. Having to direct to a thank you page on another platform is kind of a pain.
  • The Salesforce connector pricing is a bit steep.
  • Basic live chat capabilities would be awesome. Implementing a live chat widget alongside the ScheduleOnce widget can be a bit cluttered design wise.

  • I wish it was a bit more integrated with my calendar (Outlook). I have to manually add times to it and retrieve responses to pick a time

Support Rating
They would not prorate a refund - I'm just out the money for services I have not used. To me, that is the WORST POSSIBLE customer service ever.

I've used their online support, which has answered my questions for the most part. If I remember correctly, they were responsive when I emailed them as well.

Return on Investment
  • Saved me time by letting clients book their own appointments (5 hours a week).
  • It's a professional way of doing business versus me playing phone tag to book an appointment, less work for my prospect ( at least 1-3 more sales).
  • It has rescheduled missed appointments (1-3 more sales).

  • TimeTrade makes me more efficient because it eliminates the e-mails and calls back and forth to set up appointments.
