Oracle's traditional HR/HCM module for E-Business Suite has some strengths as does Oracle HCM Cloud depending on the Companies individual needs and processes. More Info Chose UKG Pro I've used Taleo previously as an ATS system. I liked Taleo more in the sense where it was specifically for ATS, whereas recruitment gateway feels like it's just an add-on and was not really built for ATS. Chose UKG Pro The recruitment user interface is not as polished as iCIMS or Taleo. Chose UKG Pro I have used other systems and Taleo was great. The downfall for our company is that we implemented it from a corporate level and then fed it down the subsidiaries and there are certain things we can't do. |
