It really helps in a healthy bridging communication across cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, etc. that can yield better productivity.

• Some times the data on the Project View is not consistent with the task view or the time view.

It has all the thing need it included on the price, and works perfectly online. I didn't have to rely on third-parties to get basic features like time management or budget management. Also the setup process is quite easy and fast, we were able to setup this and migrate all our data in less than a day.

From what we have used of Virola Messenger, it has similar features to Apple Messages. However, not everyone in our office used iPhones, so Messages was not an ideal solution. Virola Messenger also provides a lot of extra features above and beyond Messages. The main one we used was creating "Issues" and created action lists from our conversations.
