Brings an office together, even when the employees are remote
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
With the pandemic, our office was looking for a messaging platform that could connect all of our employees so we could have conversations. Emails were not effective, and text messaging was not great either. Virola Messenger was a platform that we used, and it is great. We could create chat logs, allowing for both formal and informal conversations between employees out of the office. Unlike text messages, we found the ability to turn conversation points into "issues" to address was a great unanticipated feature. We could create action lists from our conversations within the program. Also while we could screen share prior, being able to do it within the same program was great.
