Pexip (now including the former Videxio) is a video conferencing platform that combines enterprise communications and collaboration solutions in Virtual Meeting Rooms, or operates as a gateway between platforms. It allows people to use any communication or collaboration device or tool of their choice: traditional videoconferencing, Microsoft® Skype® for Business, personal and mobile devices, telephones, or simply any web browser.

Sennheiser's ADAPT series are mobile headsets for enterprises.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the video GoToMeeting provided us. Moreover, my team didn’t find it easy to operate this software as it has a very tough and dry interface and above all the features GoToMeeting possesses were quite vague and we were not able to find them.
With regards to the alternative software packages, of which there are literally 100s, I have chosen to focus on the three platforms with which Pexip Infinity integrates the closest. Whilst each software package has its advantages and disadvantages, the standout feature of Pexip …
Skype has excelled in the chat feature, but when it comes to screen sharing and starting video meetings, it really falls behind Videxio. There are many times when some of our employees can't share their screens or even start meetings when logging in to out meeting room desktops …
We were with GoToMeeting far too long, but we had settled in and so many others were just as clunky and expensive. We did try Zoom, but it was more complex for the price then we wanted. Videxio is a solution we'll be with for a very longtime.
Jabra is one of our other main headset suppliers, and their Evolve and Speak range are regularly used within our organisation. Sennheiser ADAPT series comes down to personal choice from users, much like how there are iOS and Android users, but the Sennheiser ADAPT range …
There are many meetings that take place in our business and we also have many remote employees. Videxio allows everyone to participate and be part of a conference, which is much different than just being on the phone. Our weekly performance meeting is a must-attend event and Videxio makes it easier.
Perfect for use in a noisy environment (i.e. an internet cafe/outside whilst walking) as the Active noise cancellation blocks out the noise from around you, allowing you to HEAR and crucially for far end to hear you. The base sound in the headset is particularly good for music with better capability than some more expensive dedicated music headsets (like BOSE). Battery life is exceptional and if you do end up running out, you can plug in the USB cable to your laptop and charge whilst using the headset which is super useful. Where you have BACK TO BACK meetings, long periods of use will mean you do get hot so this must be taken into consideration
I am so grateful to have found the perfect video all tool I can’t recommend any improvements. But I know they are great listeners and will send any I think of in the future.
As these are over the ear/enclosed, they are very effective, but long periods of use can end up meaning you can get sweaty/uncomfortable. Difficult to improve on this situation other than to switch between using these and an external Epos desk speaker.
Pexip Infinity's customer support function deserves a full score for their work. The ironic thing is, I have never had to deal with them at all, which means that their entire development team is actually a support team because they have crafted a product that the client never has to talk to them about; it is just that good and works seamlessly. There are very few products out there that works as easily as Pexip Infinity.

Ultimately, we found software that is perfect for our virtual connectivity.
Jabra is one of our other main headset suppliers, and their Evolve and Speak range are regularly used within our organisation. Sennheiser ADAPT series comes down to personal choice from users, much like how there are iOS and Android users, but the Sennheiser ADAPT range (particularly in the case of the MB660) is one of the premium headsets that users have expressed an interest in for its overall capabilities.
We were able to quickly reduce the backlog of video interview work that was stuck in queue.
We wasted no time searching through the 30+ other competitors in this space, many of which we had already tried, because Videxio had every thing we could not find up until then.
No negative impacts, in fact, because TrustRadius helped us find Videxio very quickly, we actually reduced the time it took to get our project back on track.
For production/broadcast users, this compares favourably with dedicated music headsets but is more reasonably priced.
For staff on regular VC/AUDIO calls, this has been seen as a very capable premium headset that pays for itself in terms of build quality/audio quality and battery life.
